It went well. They showed up on time and performed well. But, they also up selled which I took the offer.

Both Joyce and the technician called the home thirty minutes before arrival. I was not home when the technician arrived and completed his work, but my father was very impressed with the work. He said the man was very nice; his name was Lam Tran. Mr. Tran explained everything, what he was doing, his diagnosis, and the steps he'll take to fix both AC units. One unit needed Freon and the other unit needed a new motor; both units were 26 years old. By the time I took the grandkids home to their house, the technician already completed his work and both units were working well. He even instructed my parents on how to most effectively use the cooling units. Thank you, we were all very happy with the work. And my fear was that the units would need to be fully replaced, but it wasn't necessary! I appreciate the honesty, because I've heard stories about companies immediately wanting to just replace the whole thing.

I purchased a deal from this provider and never heard from them at all. I called several times with no response. This company is a scam.

The company was very responsive at a time when the weather was starting to heat up. Tom Stanley came out and gave us a very professional quote, spending quite a bit of time explaining the company's services. After the system was installed just a few days later, the installers went over all of the new components and how they worked. They cleaned up everything, inside and out. Tom followed up the next week with a visit to see that everything was working to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this company - they delivered what was promised, on time, at a fair price and followed up afterward. We appreciated their professionalism!

Outstanding service, professional technicians, care taken with my property, complete clean up after the job was finished. Would use them again in a heartbeat. I don't know if the price was competitive because it is hard to get an estimate, but I am very happy with the result.

Over the years I've had a number of repairmen service various appliances. I've never had a problem paying them well for their service. In this case the repairmen from Associated Heating & Air was at my house for no more than 20 minutes. The only thing he did was replace a capacitor which is about as complicated a s screwing in a light bulb. After he left I searched the internet and found the same capacitor selling for $20. For his service I was charged $394. What a ripoff!!!

On time, courteous, professional, capable. Solution for problem with noise on one stamped air intake identified in 5 minutes after arrival. I thought that additional $150 quoted to $80 already paid was a little rich. I ended declining the additional $150 offer and adjusted the fins on same intake grill myself in about 30 minutes with needle nose pliers and now perfectly quiet. A little annoyed at the attempt to upsell another products on two almost brand new A/C systems in my new home. But overall grade is very high because in the end he did exactly what was requested in a thorough, courteous and professional way.

We were really pleased with this company. They were very professional, and took the time to explain every little detail about the job. They were the only company of several that quoted us who found the asbestos hidden in the attic. The new installation is very well done, and all of the details were professionally handled - you can see that they have really taken care in putting the new system in and running all the various ducts and pipes. We had a little unfortunate accident where one of the workers damaged a part of the ceiling, but they took care of all the damage right away and sent a professional dry waller out to fix everything. We highly recommend this company.

They were very professional, answered all our questions, taught us how to operate the new thermostat and installed our (first) central air conditioning system - all in two days. They wore booties over their shoes whenever they were in the house and cleaned up completely after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone.

He told me what was wrong and it needed a refrigerant. Then, he wanted to sell me something else because he said that there is a hole in there someplace so the refrigerant may leak out again next week. That was not true because my husband was in refrigeration and I knew it. I had him put the refrigerant in and it has been ever since. I do not know if that is something that they do all the time or whether he really believed that. I just had him put more refrigerant in. He was very pleasant. I was very happy with the work he did, but I did not care for him telling me that it might leak out the next week. It could have leaked out the next week, but I was not going to go ahead and have a bunch of work done if it did not need it. The quality of the work was fine. He did what he said he would and he put it in. They got to me very well so their responsiveness was fine.

The service technician was on time and very friendly. I purchased a discounted HVAC tune up. I was ultimately given the advice to replace my whole system due to its extensive age and cost to run.

Super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful repairman. He even came back a second time (at no charge) to explain a few things about how the furnace was functioning.

I called them twice and spoke with Domenic and I still have not heard anything from them.

David was on time and very polite. The thermostat was faulty so the furnace would not lite. He suggested replacing the thermostat. He said he could replace or that I could replace it. He gave me a price for him to do it. He told me where to go to buy a replacement thermostat since I chose to replace it myself. He checked for gas leaks. He suggested that I call them in the spring when I shut off the furnace. They will come out and clean out the inside of the furnace since it is an enclosed box under the house. He quoted a price for that service. I will call them in the spring since that has never been done to the furnace.

David from Associated Heating came to my house to fix the thermostat wiring problem. He did an excellent job in a professionalism manner. I was very impressed with the service. I will definitely contact Associated Heating & Air again in the future for any heating or A/C problem. Thank you for a great service and great price!

I had not had my furnace inspected in years so I thought I would have it looked at. Other than needing a new filter, everything was good. No upsell pressure at all. Well done , thanks.

Everything checked out. The heater was reset and back in operation. He recommended I take care of a couple of maintenance issues like clean the heater box and the heater registers (which I told him I would take care of); and also warned that the blower motor may need to be replaced in the near future and that I should probably have the ducts cleaned and serviced as well. He made sure that heat was being distributed throughout the house, and checked to ensure the thermostat was functioning. He said to call and make an appointment to take care of any off his recommendations if I desired to do so and left for his next appointment.

It's not often I receive great service but when I do it's important to give feedback to let others know for their reference. I called Associated Heating and A/C to review our heating system to make sure it is running efficiently and most of all to make sure it's safe. We have a 5 month old daughter and when we first turned the system on, there was an unusual smell so we wanted to have a professional analyze the system to verify it's ok to use. The technician who arrived was Lam Tran. Mr. Tran did an excellent job in servicing our unit. First of all he wanted to understand our concerns. He is also a parent and addressed any safety questions we had about our system. He also educated us on the what he looks for during the inspection, and suggested the use of carbon monoxide detector if we wanted to play it safe. Overall he was professional, friendly and provided us with a great understanding of what to consider with our system and how to protect our little one. Thanks Lam, you did a great job representing your company and thus I would recommend Associated Heating in Anaheim to anyone!

Started with a very professional bid process (Tom) with options on the unit and financing. Installers (Marcos, Eric and Shane) were on time, worked hard, did great work, and cleaned up. Made sure everything was operating properly before they left. Work included replacing the furnace, AC unit, moving the thermostat and replacing all vents in the house.

I have no proof or anything, but I didnt' get a warm fuzzy feeling that the repair man was giving me the straight story. I googled possible problems about why my AC unit wasn't working and the most common response was to replace the capacitor. So when he came, he did replace it but didn't solve the problem. So it wasn't conclusive if that was the problem. Then he went up into the attic and said, the blower wasn't working. The unit is 13 years old, but it is rarely used and suggested replacing the whole unit but saying it was "up to me", since if I just replaced the blower, the rest of the unit may go due to the age. I decided to just replace the blower which the technician decided to remove and take with him. It looked brand new, however I had to go at his word that it was broken. The replacement for the blower was $785. He came back a few days later, with a "new" blower and installed it an everything worked fine. Honestly, it could have been the exact same blower but there was no way for me to tell. There was no paperwork for a new motor, or any warranty information. So I had to have to physically write it on my receipt that I had a warranty. I also asked for him to return the OLD MOTOR, just so I could get a warm and fuzzy that I did get what I paid for. He promised, but of course to this day has never returned with it. Because of that, I am skeptical....but again take this information for what it's worth. MY unit was repaired, but I may have spent $1100 unnecessarily...

It went great. They got here earlier than scheduled. They tested it and found 3 parts need to be replaced. Once the part were replaced the system works great. Very happy with their service.

Came home on Friday evening to my house 92° and Southern California in the middle of a heat wave. Worried I wouldn't be able to get anyone out over the weekend and might have to wait until Monday. Called Associated and they sent a service man out Saturday by 1 o'clock. Was able to replace parts and service AC on the spot. Did excellent work for a fair price . Would definitely use them again .

The A/C "died" at 12:30 a.m. the night before "heat advisories" were to be issued for our area...just our luck. First thing the next morning we got on the phone to get someone out ASAP (figuring we'd be without A/C at least a day). Several of the companies contacted couldn't even come out for two days! Associated returned our call immediately, however, and had their technician coming to our house within the hour. What a relief! He was cordial, professional and worked diligently to get our air back on! Temps here at our house reached 96 degrees today (going higher yet the next few days!) but our house is wonderfully comfortable and cool thanks to Associated! We would not hesitate to contact them again should the need arise; nor would we hesitate to recommend them to friends and neighbors.

They wanted me to sign up for an expensive annual contract.
