Description of Work: FIRST THEY HAD A COMPANY COME OUT AND CLEAN OUT MY ATTIC AND REPLACE NEW AIR DUCTS. THEY THEN REPLACED A NEW HEATER/AIR CONDITIONER AND THERMOSTAT. THE NEW UNIT IS VERY EFFICIENT AND QUITE. SINCERELY,CAROL REAGAN.

Description of Work: They told me that I needed a new heating system and ducts. I had someone else come look at my system and they said nothing was wrong with it and I did not need a new system.

Description of Work: They did a tune up on my air conditioner, and they fixed an issue with it as well.

Description of Work: I talked to a representative at a Costco store. I filled out a contact form and they called me to discuss my needs. I told the person that called me what I wanted to have done and she said they could do it but suggested that I may be able to accomplish the same with an upgrade to my existing system. That is what was done. They could have sold me some new equipment for 3-4 times what I ended up paying. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Tuned up the A/C compressor

Description of Work: The technician was prompt and very professional. He took his time and did a thorough job keeping us informed of what he was doing throughout his inspection and air conditioning tune-up. I was impressed with the technician who came to our home.

Description of Work: My 12 yr old Lennox air went down the first day of summer. I had the only company out that worked on a Sunday NOT THIS FINE COMPANY. They said the compressor was shot and for 4500.00 they could replace it Monday. It was hot, I agreed- until I googled them and saw horror stories on the better business bureau w/ F rating. I cancelled - went to Angie's list found these folks and HOW HAPPY I WAS! A great tech named Lam came out. He assured me it was fixable for 881.00. He also spotted duct work by the furnace and suggested we remove it along with the attic duct work due to ASBESTOS. We did. Patrick and Joyce (both of whom were terrific) from the office arranged for an abatement company to come out remove everything properly and then ASSOCIATED came in the next morning and installed all new duct work. Patrick was a gem answering all of my concerns about asbestos during the project. I cannot say enough good things about this company. So now I have an asbestos free attic, and the air never worked better! Lam is the repair technician for me for life.
