A Plus did our kitchen approximately ten years ago and it still looks brand new. We were very happy with the design that Alex provided for us. He is wonderful and his design perspective is amazing. We absolutely have no regrets going with A Plus.

I was dealing with Alex, the owner. He was very courteous and even called me before our appointment to let me know he was running late. Upon arrival I showed him the project I needed done. He was very honest and let me know that the project was a little bit smaller than he is capable of accomplishing. He gave some recommendations as a very honest provider so if I have a project in the future I would definitely work with him

I highly recommend this company,I chose them for their reputation and price. Mark and is helper did a beautiful job(it wasn't easy). all in all I am very pleased with the results.

From beginning to end, we were impressed with the attention to details. APlus has the ability to handle any remodel task. While their custom made, high quality cabinetry is what first brought us to them, their ability to be a one-stop-shop was a big plus. We saved so much time and money by not having to keep looking for individual contractors to handle the windows, or the doors, or the drywall, etc. Having a superintendent taking care of all the work was great. We did not want to learn how to do a remodel - we wanted it done. APlus delivered what they said they would. All the workers who came to the house did great work, were very good at cleaning up and best of all, spoke English so that we could make minor modifications without any hassles. All the workers seem to know that they should do their very best work as that was all that would be acceptable to Alex (owner) and Welli (superintendent). An outstanding experience! And a beautiful remodel. APlus was able to take our good ideas, and transform them into fantastic ideas, making our home a real show place. Their extensive experience was obvious and we leaned to trust their advise on every detail. All of that, while still maintaining the original bid price for our kitchen and baths. The few change orders were because we added scope, and we felt each cost was very, very fair. We would recommend the APlus team to anyone who is looking for a quality, professional contractor.

Great sales guy (Joe). He was thorough, professional, attentive but not obnoxious and flexible. Very easy to work with. Fair, competitive pricing. The installation team was A-1. Prompt, courteous, professional, hard-working. Windows and work areas were clean, clean, clean before they left. Except for the new windows, we wouldn't have known they were at our home. We would hire this firm to do additional work in our home. Thank you A-1 Windows!

I have not hired them yet. I want to get more estimates before making a decision. I liked their product and it was very reasonable in price. The representative was very helpful and answered all my questions, he was very nice and polite. I think it would be a very good company to work with.

My husband called to see if we could get someone to give us an estimate. We didn't get a call back. Apparently we had a mix-up in communication. We now have an appointment to get an estimate on our bathroom.

They were in tight competition but we went with another person. They were excellent. They were very prompt in their response and quote. They were very competitive and very professional. It was a positive experience. We almost went with them as well.

The overall experience we had with A Plus was a positive one. Our project began with a walk through with Alex the owner. Thereafter a quote and contractual agreement was reached. We were then assigned a project manager who actively directed and over seen every detail to the project. The positive points we experienced with A Plus during our project: 1. Alex the owner is personable and easy to work with. 2. The project manager moved quickly on all aspects of the project. Majority of our project was completed within the first 2 weeks! 3. The owner and the project manager were accessible and responsible. 4. They were flexible and accommodating when we requested changes and additions during the project. 5. One stop shopping. 6. The project finished on time and on budget. Additional thoughts on our experience: Remodeling by nature is a dirty job. To reduce the headache of a tedious cleanup after the completion of a project, perhaps in the future the crew can cover up the indoor floor, the cabinets and the outdoor grass/floor during the project.

He arrived promptly, and began making suggestions as soon as he walked in the kitchen. He disregarded my idea board, told me all the things I couldn''t do, and made suggestions for changes that I didn't want to make. I did find another contractor who was able to do everything I wanted under budget and on time.

Our first visit from Alex, the designer and owner, gave us a price which included almost everything but with an agreement to handle certain provisions of the remodeling with outside vendors. They then demolished the kitchen to get precise measurements and computerized the design. They also set up a temporary sink until the design was completed. All of the electrical, plumbing, wall and ceiling repairs were done before installing the cabinets, granite and appliances. The workers were very courteous and answered our questions to our satisfaction. Overall, the remodeling job was excellent.

They were very professional, Roger came to my place to look at the extent of the job and sent me estimate a couple of days later. His estimate was more than what I wanted to spend but he was nice enough to try and work with me to lower the cost down but in the end I had to go with someone else since I could afford to spend what A Plus was asking for. I would definitely recommended them to anyone who can afford them. I'm not saying that they charge more, in my case it was just more than my budget. Their cabinets were very good quality and if I get any cabinet work done in the future I would go with them.

We chose them because they actually had the best price and we liked the windows. They were very professional and answered all our questions. We had a group that came out to answer all our questions. It was a very satisfying experience. I would definitely use them again in the future.

WHAT WENT WELL 1. The quality of the cabinets are fantastic! APlus has the equipment to make custom cabinets themselves and I am extremely pleased with their work. I am constantly impressed as I use my new kitchen that I have the nicest, sturdiest, and most functional cabinets of anybody I know. 2. The president (Alex) is really nice! He is such a nice guy and I loved meeting with him, talking to him, etc. From the initial estimate he gave, meeting with me at their shop, and calling me when things went badly, Alex was always a friendly and warm person to deal with. 3. The project was on budget. The amount given to me as an estimate on day 1 was exactly what I wound up paying. There were a few possible extra costs that they warned me about in advance, which was actually really nice because it meant that there were no surprises when it came to how much I paid. WHAT WENT POORLY 1. The project went WAY over the estimated time. In my initial meeting with Alex he said the project would take 6-8 weeks. I had my first meeting with Alex on June 9th. They had the dumpsters dropped off on June 14th and my kitchen scheduled for demolition on June 15th. The project was completed on Oct 15, 2011. That's 17 and a half weeks!!! That's over double the high estimate and 291% the duration of the short estimate! A time estimate of almost 3x off is complete unacceptable to me. 2. The level of communication was abysmal. As you can imagine with a 3x time estimate there were delays, but I was never kept informed of any of these delays. I think I called them more than they called me. Halfway through the project I even flat out told them I wanted an update every 2 days on how things were going. I said it didn't have to be a long update. Just a short voicemail, or even a text message, describing what was going on and what the next step was. One minute of their time every 2 days to keep me informed. Needless to say - this didn't happen. 3. Only do enough to keep you around. At one point I started calling around other contractors to find out how much it would cost for me to drop APlus and hire somebody else to finish the job. This is just before I wrote them one of the checks for a fairly large installment. Well as soon as they found out that I was considering somebody else suddenly I was getting a phone call from Navid (who is like the company-wide operations manager there, not sure of his exact title). I got Navid's attention for about 1-2 weeks, but after the next big check was written, never heard from him again. 4. The project was handled unprofessionally. While I could come up with many examples, I will provide just one because I don't want this review to turn into a huge rant of all the unprofessional things that happened. One example is that after they received their final payment check on their way out the project manager asked me if I wanted some extra cabinet shelves. I thought about it and said yes, I would like 2 extra shelves. He said no problem he'd come by in the next week and drop them off. Well - they never arrived. I never really expected them to - this is just one example of many in which the project manager simply did not follow-through on many of the things he said he would do. I also knew that once I gave them that final check, they would not be back - because that's what unprofessional companies do. 5. The kitchen did not turn out exactly as I expected. While the quality of everything was extremely high, there were a few details that were not what I imagined before. When Alex was giving me the initial estimate he described pendant lights hanging down over the island - but there aren't any. BOTTOM LINE If you don't mind doing a lot of the project management yourself, you're willing to hound your contractor regularly, and time for project completion is not a major factor, APlus is an excellent choice. You'll get high quality at a good price.

The planning of our bathrooms are going very good and we are very excited with what he and we have come up with. Stay tuned!

A Plus was very prompt and thorough in their estimate. I went with someone else because I felt more comfortable with them.

The absolute best company we have ever dealt with. From the first meeting until the final completion, everything went without a problem. Any concerns that we had along the project were taken care of immediately. Everyone from the owner Alex, to the office staff, the installers, they all were tremendous to deal with---"Great company"!!!

Our experience with APlus was A+. Alex, the owner, came to our home and did a rough design of what we wanted and from that was able to give us a detailed estimate. We then visited the company's place of business and toured the "shop" area. It is clean and well organized with the latest equipment; we were immediately impressed with the quality of craftsmanship. Their estimate was higher than others we had received, but we felt we were dealing with someone who really knew what they were doing and had been in business for nearly 30 years, so we signed our contract! We received a detailed timeline of the what was going to happen and when. The first thing was the complete demo of our existing kitchen. Next the designer came, measured the space and spent several hours with us and helped us complete the design in great detail. Then the plumber and electrician came to do their part; gas line for the cooktop, water pipe for the ice-maker, adding electrical outlets, running electricity to the island, placing the ceiling and under-cabinet lighting. The plumber hooked up a temporary sink for me, which was great! Next came the raising of the ceiling, drywall and paint. The carpenter that raised the ceiling was terrific! My husband was very impressed with the quality of his work. The ceiling was completely retextured and joined our dining room ceiling, which was also retextured. The cabinets were delivered and the 2 man crew began the next day installing them They came promptly at 8:00 a.m. and worked for 10 hours. They cleaned up and were back the next day at 8:00 a.m. and worked another 10 hours, until the job was done. Next came the counter top; the granite was installed in one day. Again, everything was cleaned up. Our project manager, Bob Sinbari, arranged for most of the appliances to be installed, including the sink. We had to wait for the floor to be completed before the dishwasher and refrigerator could be installed. We were not sure of the tile we wanted for the floor and Bob took us to see another installation of a floor that they had just completed. We loved it and were able to get our floor installed rather quickly. That took about 4 days to lay the stone, grout and seal. The refrigerator and dishwasher were installed within a day or two and I had a beautiful, functioning kitchen! We are down to a very few minor things; glass for one of the cupboard doors, glass shelves, spice slide-out and paint. All in all, we ran about 3 weeks over the estimated timeline, which was not a problem for us at all. I can't say enough good things about this company. Each and everyone of the team were courteous, efficient, knew what they were doing and always cleaned up after themselves. Any issues that we ran into were immediately addressed and resolved. Our project manager, Bob, was on top of things; he called frequently to arranged for appointments or to follow-up. He was very helpful in recommending vendors to us when it came to picking out the granite, buying the appliances we needed, picking the hardware, sink, etc. I would highly recommend APlus, based on our experience with them.

This was the most positive experience we have ever had with a contractor. All of the employees we came into contact with were respectful of our time and provided service above and beyond the expected. Their attention to detail and doing all of the subtle extras beyond the norm was a delight. The entire team was very organized and sensitive to our needs. If ever there was a concern or question, they were on top of it immediately. The designer had a wonderful enthusiasm and excellent workable ideas to utilize our space effectively. Our finished kitchen is beautiful at all times of day and functions ever so smoothly.

We're very satisfied with the end product. If there were any issues, they were corrected. They got back to me in a timely manner. They listened to what I had to say.

They did a great job. The guys definitely knew what they were doing. The windows look and work great. We've had a lot of work done at our home and these guys were the best contractors we've used.

I have had a very long, mixed experience with A Plus. My original representative promised me something they were not equipped to provide. This has resulted in an 18-month process and the project is still not complete. I am now working with the President of the company and am getting much better service.
