GREAT! Mike and Alex were so good to work with. The bid was timely and included all the information we discussed. The communication was great and we always knew when they were going to be there. There were no surprises in the job, everything went exactly like they said. They were fantastic with keeping things neat, the cleanup was great! Really, no problems, just great service. We now have a TV mounted above our fireplace and speakers hung throughout the room. Spoke to several other people who weren't interested in coming to see our situation only wanted to quote on the phone. Ours was not a one-size-fits all so really glad Mike took the time to see us! Would HIGHLY recommend.

I contacted All Star Home Theater to set up our home surveillance system as well as a flat panel TV wall mount and surround sound speakers in the ceiling of our media room. The owner of the company, Mike, came out to give a quote on all services I wanted. Mike was very courteous and professional. More importanly, he was very patient with me and explained the entire process from start to finish in a detailed manner. I am a relative newbie with all of this and Mike spent well over an hour during out initial meeting discussing ideas and thoughts on what would be the best fit for our home. After figuring out what I wanted, Mike emailed me a quote within 2 business days of our meeting. The estimate included a line by line explanation of each item with the associated cost for each product/service. Soon thereafter, Mike returned back to our residence to start the installation process. Again, he was very patient and professional with everything. I had a lot of questions and he answered each one in a friendly and knowledgable manner. Furthermore, I changed my mind on a few things (added some things, changed location on other things, and removed some things) and Mike proceeded without a hitch. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with All Star Home Theater. I plan on contacting Mike again to perform additional work for another TV room and am also thinking about adding an intercom system to our home. I would certainly recommend him to my family and friends and give him an A+ rating for all of my fellow Angie's List members who are considering home theater and/or camera surveillance systems in their home.
