+ 0 moreThey were good. They were reasonable and prompt. They did what they said they were going to do. They solved the problem correctly.
Description of Work: We used ABC Sheet Metal because we had some wood that wasn't covered on our roof, by the chimney, which was causing the sheet metal to rust because it was exposed. They came and replaced it.

+ -1 moreWe placed the order with this company on February 14, 2007. ABC Sheet Metal promised us that they would deliver and install product on site no later than February 28, 2007. They called us soon thereafter and said that they would then be ready to deliver and install no later than March 5, 2007 because they were running behind. On March 5, we called to see when they are going to make the delivery and, to our surprise, we learned that they need more time to complete the job and that there is no date that this would be accomplished. This put our company in a very bad position. To make matters worse for us, Sean Michael, representative of ABC Sheet Metal, called me and said that he is going to cancel the order completely and refund us our deposit. This situation has put us in a serious spot with the company that the product is originally intended for. Because of this, I have no intention of ever hiring this company to do work for us again. They are unprofessional and irresponsible.
Description of Work: No work was performed at all although we gave them a 50% Deposit to get the job going.
