+ -1 moreThe install went pretty well. The service was good but the initial price was steep and the monthly fees were high relative to the competition. It provided office functionality which we have learned to live without with Ooma but our monthly fees are under $5 per line.
Description of Work: Provided VOiP phones and service.

+ 0 more3Packet was available to help on short notice. The services had to be performed after hours remotely. Our school district was ahead of schedule opening a new building and we were able to get phones on line. The building could not be occupied with out phones for emergency purposes. Our new building is in a remote area without any other voice communications. No cell phone service is available in the area. Mitesh was very knowledgable and made sure we had all the information needed to pass on to the users.
Description of Work: Provided remote support on a Cisco CME phone system. Our school purchased additional phones. 3Packet logged in remotely and setup our new phones with extensions, voicemail, and user names. Call routing changes were also made. Mitesh has worked with us several times.

+ 1 moreThere were a couple of late nights of onsite programming that occurred because 3Packet was committed to meeting our deadlines. This was not so terrible though as we were moving into our new building and I had other items to attend to. We have been up and running for over two years now. Every once and a while a problem pops up with our phone system and Mitesh has always responded promptly to our service calls.
Description of Work: My company recently moved to an upgraded office and wanted to update their systems to the 21st century and this included our phone system. We wanted a system that included modern features like voicemail to email so we could retrieve messages while out of the office on our smartphones. We wanted all the modern bells and whistles, customization options, and expandability that come with a VOIP phone system. 3Packet and Mitesh, provided us with all the options and info we needed. He guided us through the available equipment and software customizations available. First they gathered data about our company; names, usage scenarios, hours of operation, etc. Then they programmed all of our equipment and even provided training to our employees after the installation.
