Paid $160 - what did I get..."Technician" pulled off the compressor cover, said things looked ok (no cleaning, no check on coolant, no nothing). "Technician" said running a little high in amperage-disconnect melted. "Technician" recommended "replacing the system". I asked how much to replace the disconnect box. "Technician" said "I don't know". I just replaced it myself for $13 plus 2 new fuses, I clened the connections that "technician" would not do. A/C running good. In short - 20th Century Air is 17th century. Save your money - ask neighbors for a reference.

20th Century Air turned out to be a great choice. We had 5 companies come to our house to give us quotes and discuss their suggestions (I let them do most of the talking). Price was a big concern for us but we wanted to make sure the work was done correct and with good quality products. All 5 quotes used top quality ducting, but 3 of the 5 quotes were at least $2000 more than 20th Century and while one quote was the same price, the A/C unit was not the same quality (made in Japan). All 5 quotes gave an estimate of 2 days to complete the work but 20th Century finished the job in one day, they started at 8am and were completely done and out of the house by 4pm (this included allowing an abatement company come in for 2 hours to remove our old asbestos ducting). Scott Baker and his 4 man crew were extremely professional. They were conscious and considerate of our pets that were relocated to one of the bedrooms. Scott also took it upon himself to add 2 additional ducts in strategic locations upstairs to ensure the same temperature was maintained throughout the entire house (both story's) this was never discussed by any of the other company quotes. If you are considering a new A/C unit (or any work related to A/C) I would highly suggest getting several quotes (have them come to your house, get to know them, listen to their suggestions) but make sure 20th Century is one of those quotes, you won't be disappointed.

The 20th Century Air team is the best! Ryan came out to repair our A/C unit within hours of our initial phone call and we were back up and running in no time. The team is punctual, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We will continue to use and refer them to our clients and friends.

I would highly recommend 20th Century Air for anyone who is looking to get a new A/C and/or Heater completed in a timely fashion and at an affordable price. Our A/C went out during one of the hottest weeks in the summer and they were able to be out to the house the same day to diagnose the problem and provide estimates. Scott was very knowledgeable and friendly and able to meet our needs for a quick turnaround due to the high temps. His staff completed the install well within the quoted time frame and there were no additional hidden fees or surprises. I did get multiple quotes and was glad he was the most competitive as his team was very professional and the entire experience went well for me and my family. I have had the system for one year now and have not had a single issue. A big thanks to Scott and his team for a great install with a great reliable system!

Needed to replace our 25 year old central air/furnace units. Obtained three estimates, One company was almost double the other two. Scott's price was very reasonable and he could do all the necessary work without subbing out any of it. It was very comforting that all three companies recommended bascially the same work be done. Scott was very pleasant to work with and the crew did a great clean up job after the work was done. Scott took the time to show us everything they had done and explain everything including what the city permit inspector would be looking at. We would use this company again!
