Mike cleaned the downstairs living room, stairs, hallway and the traffic areas only in 4 bedrooms. The price turned out to be higher than what we initially discussed but that was because I added services. On the first visit there was a problem with the pump so he offered and arranged to come back out later that week and redo the entire job. No additional charges of course. He brought a second person with him on the second visit. Very punctual and professional. I was pleased with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and use them again.

15 year old carpet ended up looking brand new!!

Nice guys. The first go-around still left dirt in the heavy traffic areas, so they spent considerable more time redoing those areas until they looked great. The only thing I didn't like was that the form they had me sign before beginning had a much higher price listed for "deep cleaning." I didn't like the fact I wouldn't be getting a deep cleaning, but they assured me I would, that the optional service pulled everything up from the pad.

Ok, wow!! I just had Mike and Anthony come out to clean my carpets. Frankly, my expectations were very low. I had grease stains, pet marking issues, ink, wine....basically my carpet looked like crap and honestly it's been embarrassing to have people over because of it. They arrived early and after walking through the house with me got right to work! Meanwhile, I had breakfast and prepped food for Christmas. Again, I had low expectations having had another company come out who charged me an arm and a leg but very little cleaning.... My carpet looks FABULOUS! I highly recommend this company. I only wish I had been smart enough to take before and after pictures! I had no idea my carpet could smell fresh AND be cream again instead of brown, just awesome!!! Way to go guys, you made my Christmas!!

I called and spoke with the owner, Mike. He gave me a quote to come out and clean the carpets in a condo we had just purchased. He and his partner did an excellent job, were on time, very professional, and respectful. Since we hadn't moved all of our furniture in yet, I had to request that they come back out to clean my couches. Mike did this without charging me a service charge. He even removed a few spots that we had gotten on the carpet during the moving in process, for free! No high pressure sales to buy more products and services. Mike appreciated our business very much, even though our home was small. He stuck to his initial estimate, and both jobs were finished for the prices originally quoted. This is an excellent, ethical company. They are very hard working. Definitely call them for any carpet and or upholstery cleaning that you need!
