Jim & James showed up on time, always a good sign. They were very pleasant to deal with, but wasted no time and got to work. They are obviously very knowledgeable and very talented as my counter looks brand new. They repaired a split seam and a crack using some material I had left from when the counter was installed. They somehow managed to do the repair and still left me with material for any future repairs. I was very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

Jim Heaphy is everything you want in a contractor. And believe me, I've had some interesting situations with people who say they are experts but are really far from it! Jim was so nice, I wanted to invite him to dinner. He explained everything he was going to do, gave me and estimate, and taught me how to care for future damage to my countertop. Jim's is a real perfectionist! He wasn't going to leave until it was right. On top of that, he came in under budget. I honestly thought we were going to have to totally replace our Avonite countertops, but Jim made them look like new. He's a good one; hang onto him!

The workers were friendly and punctual. I did have to have an extended discussion with the worker to understand the completed prices and scope of the work being done. There was a misunderstanding of the quoted price and final price for the work. It was settled in the end.
