ANOUMAN'S CARPET & UPHOLSTERY

Anouman's carpets came when promised and even accommodated our request to be bumped up in the week due to us getting our keys a week earlier than expected! They did a fantastic job - and I am so glad we called them, the previous owners had dogs and the carpets were DIRTY but not anymore!

Andre was pleasant to deal with. It did take a couple of e-mails for him to answer a question I'd asked in the first one; I think it's probably better to get him on the phone. He and his assistant came right on time, set up the machine and went right to it. He did charge me an additional $40 on top of the $80 I'd paid for the Groupon, for "deep cleaning." I suppose I could have protested. But the carpet was indeed really filthy (it's a light beige, a color I never would have picked); it hadn't been cleaned in over four years. They did a great job.

Carpets cleaned. Paid attention to particularly soiled areas. Were polite and professional and kept us informed on arrival time.

It went well, but I think they up charged us for some feature. The deal was for them to clean, I want to say 2 rooms, maybe 3 rooms. One of the rooms that we had was a loose carpet, an area carpet. They said that they won?t do that area carpet. They wouldn't clean that area carpet as part of the package, so they had to charge us extra for it. My wife dealt with them and she told me the story and I have a feeling that I?m getting some of the details mixed up, but essentially they wanted another $25.?I thought they were pretty punctual. I think I will use them again, I don?t know.

Anouman cleaned 1200 sq. ft of carpets (including stairs) that I purchased through Angie's List. He arrived on Time and had all the necessary equipment in his van (steam cleaning). The job took a couple of hours and the results were excellent. Carpet stains were removed and It was the best clean I've had. I've used COIT in the past and his results exceeded theirs. We own an apartment building with a lot of foot traffic so it was a good test. I'm calling him again for future service. 5 Stars.

As always, the owner called to schedule the work immediately, confirmed the week before, and called when they were on their way. Both of them worked well together, obviously have a routine that works, efficient, very protective of furniture and walls, and the results were impressive. From pre-treating, to cleaning, to brushing and clean up was less than an hour. This is the second time I've used this company, and will continue using them in the future. Highly recommend!

It went really well. Andre was a very nice, friendly guy. He convinced me that I needed the deep cleaning. I'm glad I listened. My carpet looks like it is a year old, not 25.

The work took maybe an hour. Three people came for the job and they left the area clean.

Excellent, punctual and very professional

It was fine, they missed a couple of spots and I called them, actually I thought they did a really good job, but then when it all dried and stuff I saw a few spots but overall I guess they did a good job. They said they were going to come back and fix it, and he called me to come back but I wasn't home that day and I haven't heard from him since, but I'd say for the you know I got more than the coupons, when they got here they were doing the three rooms and they were very good, they cleaned up very nicely and they didn't take too long like I said, I just saw a few little spots, but they were hard to come out, I've had it cleaned before, and those spots were hard to get out in those areas, so overall I'd give them maybe a B. The guy that came was very nice, very polite, and I thought he did a really wonderful job of keeping everything neat, he helped move the furniture and put down stuff to make sure you know, he just did a very good job of taking care of the cleaning the carpet and not been splashing a lot of water or any of that stuff. I thought he did a good job and he dried it up very nicely, and it looked really nice, like I said I just had one little spot and he asked me to walk around and look to see if I liked it and I did, and I didn't see that spot till it dried. The only reason I gave him a B is because they haven't called me back yet to clean that spot, but other than that, I was pleased with them the additional charge of $150.00 might have been a little bit higher but my carpet was dirty, I didn't care, I just want to get it cleaned.

It went well. They were a little behind but other then that they did a great job and were very professional. I think 2 people came out. Everything was pretty good, only thing is they were a little late.

It was okay. They were good with everything but they weren't the best. Two people came and did the service. It took them 45 minutes to complete the job. They were fine.

Andre and his technician were awesome! They were very efficient and did a very thorough job. My carpets look new again. I would highly recommend their services.

They did a great job removing some ground in dirt tracked onto the carpet. Andre and his helper were a hardworking team, very punctual and expedient. They even threw in cleaning of a couple of carpeted steps beyond the three rooms cleaned. After the carpets dried out it feels soft underfoot, no residuals or smells.

Well for basic work:i.e.., I moved furniture and placed protectors under heavy items.

I used an Angie's List coupon to have my carpets cleaned in three rooms. The owner was very responsive and was able to adapt to my schedule.

Awesome! Carpets look great, and he's very willing to answer all questions, is hard working and made sure I was happy, always with a BIG smile!
