Description of Work: They cleaned the carpets, moved the necessary furniture and even wiped the lower walls and baseboards. The job initially looked good but things are starting to show up already. They were an hour late and very chatty with each other during the job. Price was good at the time but now I can see that they don't expect it to last and want you to call them to do it again. Or so it seems. OK, company, not the best I have ever used.

+ -1 moreCarpet Masters came into the office and did a superb professional job! They gave an early estimate on time and cost. At the time of service both were less. They arrived on time and completely the job in just a couple hours. They were professional in their attire and manners. I will definitely be using their services again.
Description of Work: Cleaning of carpets in professional office with multiple rooms and waiting room. They first readied the rooms by moving extraneous furniture out of the way and moving the entry rugs outside. Then they did a thorough professional vacuum of all of the carpets. The final step was the cleaning. All was done with minimal down time to the office.

carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreCarpet Masters showed up on time and effeciently performed all tasks promptly and left a couple of blowers to promote the drying process. They were polite and professional. I felt comfortable having them in my home and around my children.
Description of Work: Steam cleaned all carpeting including area rugs and they are spotless. The floors dried incredibly quick and there is no soapy film left on the carpet. Also there is no bad perfume smell and no need for one because the odor causing elements are removed by the cleaning process rather than suppressed by it. Carpet Masters has been cleaning my carpets yearly for about 10 years and the carpeting is about 18 years old. We have raised three children here so one can imagine the amount of abuse inflicted upon our floor coverings. I would recommend Carpet Masters to anyone.
