We had a cypress tree that we needed removed. Arturo was great to deal with, he has a great crew. They were on time and thorough. It was a difficult process, but they did it safely and quickly. Very professional, and reasonable on pricing. Would use them again when we need trimming or any other tree work done.

e Arturo came on time to give the estimate and was very informative and sounded professional. His Father came with the crew to do the job. They were punctual and respectful. They did the job with care and very professional. They left the site clean and they did not damage any plants nearby. They are obviously experts at what they do and I will call them again without hesitation. They were in and out in no time. Their price was excellent and within $100 from other services, but I selected the because Arturo is an Arborist and I wanted an expert.

Very Professional, 5 man crew always supervised, Did a beautiful job thinning Holly bushes in front yard as well as trimming trees off roof. Also responsive to feedback on branches to be remove.

Arturo was quick to respond to a message I left him regarding tree trimming services.He came out the next day to give me a quote. We scheduled a time for his crew to come out. They did a great job at trimming my large trees so that they stayed looking beautiful. 2 small trees were removed with stumps. His crew did a great job and were very polite and took good care of my lawn, and cleaned up all the leaves and branches from the trimming. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

. We recently moved into a house in Burbank that had several large and neglected trees growing in the back yard. We sought 3 bids for this work. Lopez was the first to come; the second did not show up, and the third bidder, though slightly lower in price than Lopez, did not show the professional knowledge and care that we were seeking. Arturo Lopez spent time with us and listened to our concerns and outlined exactly what his company would do. We scheduled an appointment for the crew to come out, and they arrived exactly when they said they would. They worked for about 7 hours, mulching the tree branches that they had cut. When they finished, our yard was like new--and they cleaned up 100%--as if they had never been there at all. There were a number of men in the crew, all working simultaneously. They were all polite and professional.

Lopez provided us with great service! They removed a dying fruit tree and three other trees that we did not like from our recently purchased home. Their cost was very reasonable and they performed the service in one day. They ground up the stumps and it honestly looks like the trees were never there. Plus, they cleaned up everything! We plan on having some additional tree trimming done and we will definitely be calling Lopez.

I interviewed 3 tree removal specialists from Angie's List for this job. All were punctual and professional, but Arturo was by far the most impressive. He is a certified arborist, very experienced, hard-working, flexible and his price was the best of the 3 estimates. Arturo brought a crew of 5 and removed all 11 trees (including 2 - 55' Cypress trees one foot from the house and one foot from a gas line!) , ground the stumps and cleaned up...all in 8 hours. I've never seen people work so hard. They even removed a very old fence to get the grinder into the backyard and then propped it up again when they left so that we have some privacy until we can replace it. Several neighbors stopped by to get his card. I'm sure Arturo got a lot more business that day. In summary, it was a pleasure to do business with Arturo, and I will definitely use him again for my bi-annual tree trimming. He is terrific!

Everything went exceptionally well. We had to reschedule once because of heavy rain. Arturo also worked with me to set a tentative date so that I could confirm my neighbor's availability in case Arturo's staff needed to retrieve any fallen debris from the neighbor's yard. Arturo and his men arrived a little early to get situated and set up. They worked efficiently and had the trees removed, a section of fence removed and replaced and all clean-up completed before noon. All men were polite, professional and seemed highly skilled at their tasks. I had originally collected three estimates. Lopez was the middle as far as cost. Arturo impressed me with his attention to detail and professionalism. I made myself a note on my October calendar to call Lopez Tree Service to set up an appointment for pruning the remaining trees.

They thinned and reshaped my large liquid amber tree. My tree was huge , and growing over the roof and drive way. When they were finished the tree looked great, and had a beautiful, but natural shape. I even had a neighbor come over to compliment me on the tree's appearance.

They were on time, and were very efficient. They were done with all of out trees, including a very tall pine, in about 2 hours. Impact on my time and day was minimal. Very courteous, honest and fair. Will definitely call them again for future service.

The Lopex workers cut away all the dead and dying branches and all of the date berries. They cleaned up beautifully too. Only took about 2 hours. Very prompt and courteous

Wonderful job by this company we never ran into any complications with them they arrived on time trimmed our trees. Even after they were done they asked us if everything looked fine which of course it was, the price was fine with us as well they even cleaned up for themselves not leaving any sorts of mess anywhere thanks for the hard work.

Arturo and his team did an outstanding job on our small project. We had a dying citrus tree and a smaller tree near our basement foundation removed. Arturo scheduled and gave us his estimate, then worked with us on a time he could come back out. He is out on site a lot, so leave messages and expect a call back later or the next work day. Very professional and we would work with them again.

Called and left a message. Received a call back the same day and set up an appointment. Arturo came out on tim, looked at the job and told me his team would be able to come out in 2-3 weeks. They came early Saturday morning and was very mindful of a 7am start and that it was Saturday. They did all of the quiet work early and the louder work after 10am. They did a great job getting the trees away from my home and thinning them out. They took the piles of branches out to the front and used a chipper. They left the work area super clean. Great experience.

I thought they had done a good job until recently I removed a pile of dirt they had left behind and found they had not removed visible above ground roots as we had agreed. I contacted the company but received no response and having paid a lot of money I am very disappointed.

I have used this service in the past to trim several trees and they did a very good job. Therefore, I called the Lopez Tree Service on a Sunday and left a message. To my surprise, I got a return call from Arturo Lopez one hour later. I explained that the 40 foot tree alongside my driveway was dangerously splitting in half and slowly uprooting on the property line threatening my neighbor's roof and my car. Arturo arrived Monday morning to evaluate the problem. He agreed it was ready to fall soon. Arturo and his crew arrived Tuesday morning at 7:30 ready to work. They were fast, efficient, hardworking and very pleasant gentlemen. The tree was cut down and the stump removed in 3 hours. Amazing! They also removed some tree branches we had cut and placed on the side of the driveway. The crew picked up, swept and cleared our driveway nicely. I definitely will hire them again. They started at 7:30am and were done by 2:30. There was no damage to nearby citrus trees, and all debris was cleaned up. Fantastic job!

Arturo and Lopez Tree Service did a fantastic job trimming several trees in our townhome complex. They did a far better job than the previous tree trimming service we hired in the past and we will definitely use them again when the trees need another trim. We decided to go with a different company because the prior one broke one of our planters but denied doing so. No damages with Lopez Tree Service. The job brought on a challenge in that they had to perform the trim from the driveway of the neighboring apartment complex. Arturo and his team were conscious to not block any cars entering/exiting the driveway and immediately hauled away all fallen branches back to their truck parked on the street so as not to clutter the driveway. The management company for the apartment complex was very thankful that such attention was paid while performing the work.

This was an EXCELLENT experience. Arturo and his crew showed up right on time and got to work. They cut down the tree, ground the stump and removed all debris. They did it quickly (approximately 5 hours which is incredible for the size of the tree) and cleaned up. My yard looks like it did when they arrived--no evidence of their being here except the missing tree. This is a family owned business and they take great pride in their work. Great work ethic and reasonable prices. You can feel like I did all the research for you on this type of service--I had three other companies come out to give bids--all were substantially higher than the price Lopez Tree Service charged me and some with less service. Arturo Lopez contacted us immediately after I emailed them to talk about cutting a mature liquid amber tree. The tree needed to be removed because the tree roots were slowly lifting our concrete driveway. He came over, assessed the job to be done, then explained exactly what his crew would do. He asked if we wanted any of the wood cut and saved for firewood. We agreed. He explained that because of the proximity to the driveway he would be limited in the amount of tree roots that could be removed but assured us that they would remove enough so the tree would not grow again. He would try to save a fig tree that was close to the tree in question. He explained all facets of the job and explained how his crew would be careful in saving the bushes and trees that surrounded the liquid amber. He was able to come a few days before the appointed day because of a cancellation. His crew arrived on a Saturday morning at 7:15AM with their very big trucks. They tied back the branches of surrounding trees so that they would not be damaged by their equipment. They set up their equipment and started working promptly at 7:30AM. Watching them do this was like poetry in motion. One man, in an electric bucket, cut the branches off and then went to the very top and started to cut the tree down in small sections. He dropped each piece to the ground carefully. When he got to ground level he made horizontal cuts as close as possible. Then they brought in the vertical cutter and swept it across the remaining tree trunk and exposed roots, where possible, and created an ocean of wonderful chips. They asked if we wanted them to clean them up but we choose to let the wood chips work their way into the ground naturally. They completed the job, cleaned the driveway and drove away at10:45AM. What a pleasure it was to watch this process.

They did an excellant job! On time, professional, cut and moved all the lumber where I wanted to use for myself and removed the remainder of the excess trees. They had four guys and work very hard, lifting, cutting and manually moving all the limbs. Highly recommend, but be patient, had to wait a week or two, but well worth it.
