Description of Work: Arturo came over and give me a very good price then had his team came over to remove trees 3 days later as agreed they are the greatest thing I've seen very organized, honest they have done a great job with a very reasonable price I'm thankful and lucky, very very professional thank you guys.

Description of Work: Removed two palm trees and the stumps. They were very efficient, thorough and courteous and cleaned up all debris. I was very impressed by this service.

Description of Work: Arturo and his crew have been trimming our trees since 2010. We have three large ficus trees and several smaller trees (two of which they planted for us in 2012). They do an excellent job, are always prompt and polite, clean up after themselves, and are careful to not damage the surrounding landscaping. They leave our trees in great shape year after year.

Description of Work: Trimmed a giant live oak tree with great sensitivity and care. Owner of the business was on site the entire time to supervise the work and the clean up. Owner was knowledgeable and amiable. Would not hesitate one second to use Lopez Tree Service again.

Description of Work: I have used Lopez Tree Service for several years now to trim the trees in our yard, including a large date palm that requires alot of work. They are extremely responsive, pricing is fair, they always arrive on time, and the work is well done. I will definitely continue using them in the future.

Description of Work: We wanted our pine tree trimmed. We'd been told by an arborist to get the swing chains off as they were killing the tree, and have it trimmed. But we'd waited too long to act. Lopez Tree service told us not to trim the pine tree in the spring, but to wait until the winter, as this is the ideal time to trim pine trees. He knew so much and was so helpful we will definitely call him in the winter.

Description of Work: I called them to give me an estimate for trimming two trees. A time was set and nobody showed up. No confirmation call was made beforehand or at the time of the appointment; no reconciliation call was made afterwards - nothing.

Description of Work: They came and trimmed two trees, one of which is quite big. I wanted them to trim more than they did but the Arborist assured me that what they had trimmed was for the best. While I would use them again, I would ask for what I want if there is something specific that is bothering me. I didn't ask, so I didn't get it. I feel sure that they would have done whatever I asked if I had had the confidence to ask for it.

Description of Work: Exceptional work, punctual, professional and nice. My only tiny nit with them was setting the actual appointment. After the initial contact (in which they almost returned my call instantly), it took a few days for them to get back to us with the date they would do the work. But these guys are no nonsense! Will be using them again for sure.

Description of Work: They trimmed a 100 foot sycamore/ They gave it great shape/ I was concerned that the tree not look like like a crew cut when it was done/ They showed up on time finished in one day, made sure the neighbors yards were clean/ They also trimmed a magnolia; leaving it with a great shape.

Description of Work: The work was done awhile back, I don't remember the exact date. They did a great job. Arrived on time and removed the 30 foot tree, grinded the stump and cleaned up the debris.
