He showed up to give the estimate at the time agreed. His estimate was right in the middle of the pricing from other vendors. He was very knowledgeable about the tree, it's growth pattern and how to trim it. Agreed to the price and he scheduled that week (subject to rain) and showed up on the day 15 minutes early, with a full crew (including his father) and got the job done in a few hours. Maintained the shape of the tree while reducing it's wind resistance. Did an excellent job of clean up. Very professional. Will be using them again the next time we need tree service.

Arturo was very detailed in his estimate, and clear in his communication. He's very knowledgeable about trees, and is careful not to over-prune. His team is quick and efficient, doing a huge amount of work in about 7 hours. They clean everything up very nicely. The are insured, with workers comp, so I could feel safe that I wouldn't be libel if someone were injured or there was damage.

It was great. Arturo was response to our initial phone call, came out and walked through the property and discussed the different types of trees and our trimming/removal options. He provided a detailed quote by fax in about 24 hours. We were scheduled to start on the first day of the January rainstorms - had to push back the schedule by a week because of weather, but he was very communicative during that week and got his crew out to our place the following Saturday. They worked from about 8 am to 3 pm with a lunch break and had everything done and cleaned up at the end of the day. Customer service was great, and the trees/yard look fantastic.

They were good. They delivered as promised.

I needed three trees trimmed and another three stumps removed. Arturo was available right away and first met me within twenty minutes from my initial phone call. I got two bids on the job - Arturo's bid was $800 compared to the other bidder's $1200, so I decided to hire Arturo. One of the three stumps was right on the property line, wedged between a small retaining rock wall on my property and a masonry wall on the neighbor's property, and had grown fused into the chain link fence. Arturo was very careful to explain in detail that he would need to break away part of my rock wall to access the stump roots for removal, and that the chain link fence would need a portion cut-out; he was very conscientious about ensuring that he had my full understanding and consent before proceeding with this part of the work. When I inspected the work afterward, I was very pleased to find that the three trees were neatly and attractively trimmed, and the other three stumps were completely removed. All the debris had been cleaned away and the areas were left very tidy. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the rocks from the retaining wall had been neatly restacked back in place. Throughout the whole process, Arturo was very prompt and responsive, courteous and a great communicator, and there were no "hard-sell" tactics whatsoever. After our initial meeting, all further communication was done by telephone, which was convenient for me. I will definitely want to hire Arturo again the next time I need this type of work performed. He did an outstanding job.

After coming out and giving me a very competitive estimate on trimming two trees in my yard, Arturo Lopez (owner) and his crew came out the following day and did the work. I was very pleased with their work. Though the trees were pruned back a great deal at my request, it was done in an esthetic and attractive way. They are very skilled. They promptly completed the work and thoroughly cleaned up all debris. I am very pleased with their work and plan to use them again when the trees need trimming.

Arturo came out exactly when he said he would and gave me a very fair price for having the work done. I scheduled to have the work done on Friday and again, he came out exactly on time, stayed with his crew for most of the day to supervise and did an excellent job on the trees. I would definitely hire him again in the future.

When I phoned Arturo to make an appointment for a quote, he returned my call promptly after receiving my voicemail message and we scheduled an appointment for two days later in the morning. He was running a few minutes behind schedule and was courteous to phone me to let me know he'd be about 15 minutes late. It was not a problem. Lopez Tree Service was one of three bidders--all of whom are licensed, bonded and insured. I selected Arturo Lopez because of his demonstrated knowledge about trees and tree care (he is taking his test to become a certified arborist this weekend), he took a lot of time to explain how he would approach each tree and was polite, courteous and grateful for the opportunity to provide a quote. He arrived with his crew on time on the scheduled date--about four days following my call accepting his bid. They went to work straight away. Each of his crew members is very professional and safety conscious. Arturo was on site working along with them, ensuring the job was done to his specifications. When they were finished with the tree work, they cleaned up perfectly and Arturo walked the property with me so that I could inspect the job. The trees were beautifully trimmed and aesthetically balanced. Nothing was crowned or excessively cut. Everything looked perfect. We are very happy with his services and will bring him back for our future tree care needs.

We have a huge Scottish Pine tree that hadn't been trimmed in over 15 years. The tree is extremely dirty with pine needles and pine flowers. The needles and flowers always end up on our roof and pool during the windy season. I finally was fed up and called Lopez Tree Service. Arturo was responsive to my initial call. Gave me a fantastic quote. Pointed me to the same type of tree that he had just trimmed so I could drive by and see the quality of his work. He truly puts the ART in Arturo Lopez Tree Service. His team also trimmed our Olive Tree, and a couple of other trees that were close to our house. Use this company!!!!! They are wonderful. I am in no way associated with Lopez Tree Service. Arturo is a real professional. He and his men were experienced and I was comfortable with the entire process. Clear communication, explanation of work to be performed, and he was on time for estimate and on time for job. Everything performed as planned with no hassle and fantastic results. We had 2 big palm trees removed and 4 other 15-20 foot trees removed. Also removed 3 bushes and ground out/ removed all stumps. They got to work immediately and didn't stop until the job was done. The entire yard was cleaned of all debris. I will absolutely recommend Lopez Tree Service to all who need quality tree care at a reasonable price. And, aside from being nice and polite, these guys are fully licensed, bonded and insured so I knew there would be no problems no matter what happened-- very important to a homeowner.

These guys(5) worked great as a team and worked with an efficient,safe,and careful precision in making this monster disappear.At the end of the first day,the tree was 2 and a half feet tall!! The second day was all stump grinding.The clean-up both days was excellent.

I found Lopez tree service on Angies list and gave them a call, on the weekend figuring I would hear back the next week. They called me later that day and came out the next day for an estimate. For 14 trees they gave us an estimate of $900, which sounded great to us. By the time they came we decided to remove the tree and bushes from the front yard and one that was growing behind our garage as well. They only charge and additional $150. They worked quickly and even worked around my neighbors car. The yards look great and are ready for new landscaping. Thank you Arturo!!!

Arturo was prompt for our appointment estimate. He demonstrated excellent knowledge and was courteous and responsive to our needs. He and his crew showed up on time, completed the removal and cleaned-up as contracted.

It went very well. I called them on Tuesday, 9/29, and then Arturo came to my house the next morning at 9 a.m. (on time). He gave me his quote and said that they were working on a project near my house, and could probably do the work that afternoon. I waited to accept his proposal because I had another tree service coming to give a quote at 10 a.m.. The other service was late arriving, but did call to explain. The quotes were essentially the same, but Lopez Tree Services offers a 10% off coupon. I liked Arturo and the quote, so I call them to confirm, and then they came at around 1 p.m. that day and started with the removal of the tree. They took down the tree and shrubs, and came back at 2:30 with the stump grinder to finish the work (completed by 3:40 p.m). They did good cleanup, although there is still dust around the site where they worked, but that's unavoidable. They were professional throughout, and the service was good from start to end.

I found Lopez Tree Service on Angie's List over the weekend and sent an email requesting an estimate. Arturo Lopez (owner) replied via email that he would drive by the work site Monday and call me with an estimate on Tuesday. When he called with his estimate, he clearly indicated the scope of his proposal. I agreed to his price, and he told me his crew would show up Thursday morning. I arrive at the job site Thursday morning just as Arturo and his crew were driving up. They got to work immediately, and approximately two hours later, the project was complete and they had finished cleaning up all the debris. The three palm trees looked wonderful. I requested some business cards from Arturo so I could give them to friends. I would highly recommend Arturo and his crew for any tree trimming project you may have coming up. An excellent experience from start to finish!

The Lopez's are very nice to work with. They gave us a clear estimate with a great price, and showed up exactly when they said they would. Very professional, they took the time and care to protect our property and our neighbor's property while they did a thorough job. Their cleanup was fast and excellent--they trimmed two large and tall trees, took out five large bushes, and cleared a huge amount of rotten firewood from our back yard in four hours. I would definitely use them again!
