The crew was at our home for 9 hours trimming our 200 year old Live Oak, Redwood and removal of one tree. They were efficient and did an excellent job. We now have the most beautiful trees on our block. Worth every penny spent.

Arturo and his crew did a fantastic job. They were very professional and efficient. I will definitely use them again.

I left a VM for Arturo and he called me back within the hour. I told him what I needed done and the time frame I was working with and he was able to accommodate me. I was able to send pictures of the trees so that Arturo could provide me with a quote . He and his crew were there at the time he said he'd be there. I asked him to do a couple of extra things for me that were not on the quote , he was able to do most of what I asked and I was charged fairly for the extra work. The work was completed and the mess cleaned up. When the work was done my yard was brighter and even looked larger. I would not hesitate to use Lopez Tree Service again nor would I hesitate to recommend them to my relatives and friends. Thank you Arturo for a job well done.

Arturo was quick to response. We sent up a time and date for the estimate. He called the day of the estimate and asked if he could come early. He arrived at the time he said he would be here. Looked at the work and said that he probably would be able to come that afternoon, He would call. He called and said he could do the work that afteroon. About 2 hours later he and his crew were here. They cut the trees, drilled holes in the stumps to kill the trees and cleaned up. I am so pleased with their work. In fact, this is the second time I have had them out. I am planning on having them out in a few months to take care of my ash tree in the front.

Provider arrives on time and ready, and executed the trimming very well. He reviewed what we wanted done before beginning and checked during the process to get our preferences for various trees. Provider was very knowledgable about the trees on our property and dissuaded us from over trimming. They then separated the firewood from trimmings for us and left the property clean and swept.

Arturo Lopez came on time for estimate. I showed him what I needed, two oak trees to be thinned, pruned on hillside, overhanging spa and blocking a few solar panels light in the morning. I looked over the list of tree service companies with arborists so that I did not get someone with no knowledge of when to do this work. July to September is best for oaks. Arturo was one of 3 companies that bid. The other two would be able to do the job well also I felt. Arturo worked me into the schedule quickly, came exactly on time, 7:30am and finished 11am. Trees thinned, can see through them, not more than 20% foliage removed, no fear of die back. They were also reduced to lighten load on limbs appropriately. Three men cleaned up very well and hauled all the chips away. Good job, would recommend to anyone. He asked how I heard of his company, when I said Angies List, and it had a good recommendation, he gave me his price. I did not even ask for coupon or 10% senior discount....his price without knowledge of other two, was lower by more than 10%...he may have already made the adjustment.

Arturo came out promptly to review the job and give me a bid. He was very professional. Thankfully, we did not have to be home for the job. When we returned, the tree was removed, the stump ground and the property was free and clear of debris. He called me later to follow up. I told him we were very happy, and plan to have him back in the future. Thank you to Arturo and his fabulous crew!

All went well. Arrived as scheduled and performed the work of trimming two trees, while leaving proper branches for type of trees. Cleaned up = Removed all branches and other leftover mess from area. Was easy to work with. Workers were friendly, courteous, and efficient.

Great! Arturo came the same day we called him on a Friday evening even, inspected our trees and gave us an official letter requested by the city. We are very happy with his great quality service and will use his services in the future again!

This is our second time contracting Mr. Arturo Lopez, of Lopez Tree Service. He is a certified arborist which allows him to trim/prune trees to promote growth, not just cut branches or limbs because they are growing where they bother the homeowner. Mr. Lopez is efficient, knowledgeable, wonderful to converse with regarding all species of trees and the best way to keep them healthily and his quotes are always reasonable. We hired Lopez Tree Service to trim a neighbors tree that extended way over our side of the wall. We also had his crew thin/remove the dead wood and cut branches from a persimmon tree that were almost resting on the roof line of our neighbors house They also removed branches from a pomegranate tree that were extending into our other neighbors yard. Mr. Lopez and his crew of two other gentleman did a wonderful job thinning the trees and cutting the branches that were over hanging into the other yards. The hauled all the debris from the back yard to the front and swept up anything else that might have fallen along the way. They always do a spectacular job. We can't say enough about Mr. Lopez and would definitely recommend him to anybody that needs to have their trees trimmed/thinned/removed or pruned. In fact, we told Mr. Lopez that we would be calling him next year to have the dead wood removed from at least five fruit trees.

Arturo was prompt and very professional. His cheerful and can do attitude is refreshing. He is very concerned that you are happy and very thorough in his explanations of how it all will be done. He removed the Yucca trees without damaging any of the plantings beneath them - amazing!! He also cleaned up the entire area completely. I would highly recommend Arturo and his people anytime.

Arturo Lopez was on time, very prompt and responsive - really the ultimate professional. He explained everything clearly. Did exactly what he said he would do. Was very informative. I loved that he pointed out his contracting license and showed me he was insured. I got an immediate quote for the job. It was a great experience. I give him my highest recommendation.

Arturo Lopez provided me with what seemed to be a reasonable estimate to trim several large trees along my property line with a neighbor. It would be about one day's worth of time, depending on the crew size. He was very enthusiastic about doing the job and I thought it all went well. So next I had to get my neighbor's approval of the job and permission to access his gated estate...which took maybe 7-10 days to get done...but I got it all set up so that it would be easy for the tree trimmers to have the most convenient, efficient access to the trees. Everything was going great...it seemed like things couldn't go any smoother and we were being very accommodating customers. Great. So I then called Mr. Lopez to book the job. Left a voicemail. No call back. I called again. He called to say he was off doing something and would get back to me on or before Saturday (which was several days later). He even offered to do our job the next week (which was his idea, we didn't ask for that). So Saturday came and went. I called again on Monday. No call back. I finally gave up. This suddenly felt like a very unprofessional situation and we are shocked after such a positive start. We now have to start all over again to get this job done. What a`waste of time dealing with Lopez Tree Service.

Shortly after having Arturo Lopez remove a palm tree next to my garage, which is being remodeled, I realized that I needed to have two cypresses removed as well from behind the garage. I emailed Arturo and sent him a photo of the trees, and he said that he could do this next week. I agreed but also said that sooner would be better, and he agreed to let me know if an opening came up. He called this morning to say that he could do the job today, and he showed up with his crew at the time he promised. They removed the trees quickly and efficiently and cleaned up [they also cut down a large bamboo stalk that was growing in the wrong direction]. Arturo said the trees were smaller than he had thought from the picture and so he charged $100 less than the quote he gave me. All in all a great job.

Arturo Lopez did a great job! He was very nice and professional. He did exactly what we contracted for. He was very neat, covered our pool and deck to help keep falling branches away. Afterward he swept up, used the blower to clean any debris. We are very happy with the outcome!

I needed to have a palm tree removed in order to have my garage remodeled -- the tree was planted right up against the garage wall. I called several outfits listed chez Angie, and Lopez Tree Service was the most responsive. I sent him a photo of the tree and he was able to estimate the job -- cost, time, etc. -- without having to travel to my home in LA. We agreed on a date and time and he called around an hour before he showed up, so I knew when to expect him. He showed up with a large crew [I assume the previous job required more workers] and they quickly and cleanly dispatched the palm, removing all the debris, and removed the stump below the surface, leaving me with exactly the clean area I need. While they were here, I asked him to trim fur other palms, that were starting to sprout seeds and had drooping fronds. They completed this task as well, efficiently and cleanly. I now know who I'll be calling the next time my palm trees need attention.

good company they came on time did the work I asked for and cleaned up after themselves looks great couldn't of asked for anything else. I'll probably be using them routinely to trim my trees.

Arturo kept us updated about when the crew would be there. They arrived on time and were very professional. Arturo explained the trimming process and how it should be done for the best results and maintenance. The two trees were completely removed, roots and all. The holes were filled in and everything cleaned up.The trimmed trees and bushes look great. Everything was done exactly as agreed upon at the quoted price. I will definitely use them again. I couldn't be happier.

They were quick and very neat leaving virtually no debris in our yards. They even hosed down the driveway and pathways in the front yard leaving the house looking much better than when they arrived. Its just about time to trim the trees again and I will definitely be giving them a call!

Lopez Tree Service gave me a far more reasonable estimate than others contacted. Lower price in no way compromised the quality f the work. The work work was not emergent but was still scheduled in a very reasonable time period. Punctual and kept confirmed time to provide estimate when others either did not show or arrived late. The tree work has been commented on by neighbors on how beautiful they now look.

It was ok. The only thing I would have asked them to do differently is to rather than leaving the stumps 6 or 7 inches above the ground is to make the stumps even with the ground. They were very nice. He was conscientious.

They were extremely professional, careful and a delight to work with. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

BEFORE I purchased my new home, I asked Arturo to come check out a tree on my property that I wasn't sure about. He came over immediately and told me that the tree was fine; it just needed to have all the dead branches taken care of. He gave me a bid for that work, as well as for trimming the rest of the trees at the house. He knew the names of every single tree I have and even remembered them all a month after his initial drive by. This is the second or third time I have used Lopez Tree Service. I will ALWAYS use Lopez Tree Service. It's a terrific company and the prices are always fair and reasonable.

When Lopez Tree Service visited my house we had four juniper trees in our backyard, including two that were obviously dead. It turns out termites killed the trees and I was offered advice on how to keep the healthy trees alive. Within a week from the initial consultation, the crew cut down two trees (including stumps) and removed all debris. It was amazing. After the work was done I looked at the site and was amazed. You couldn't see where two tress once stood. The removal and cleanup was that good.

First, Arturo is great. He called me back promptly, we set up an appointment that fit my crazy schedule, and he was punctual, professional, courteous, etc. The crew did exactly what we discussed, and I was extremely pleased with the delicate work on our avocado tree. They cleaned up everything very well, and left mulch where the tree stumps were - which I hadn't thought about beforehand, but really appreciated. Two thumbs up!
