Description of Work: They replaced our 35-year-old gas furnace and air conditioning system with a new, much more energy-efficient Lennox, moving the unit to unused attic space instead of the garage. They also replaced our duct system, which had been damaged by heat and a roof leak over the years. All personnel were polite and seemed very knowledgeable (including the salesman who quoted the prices for our options), they used drop cloths throughout the house, and they cleaned up everything before they left. I'm particularly impressed with how orderly the installation was: ducts were suspended rather than laid over the attic insulation, they installed a light over the panel area to make service more convenient, appropriate insulation was installed around the machinery, and everything from the thermostat to the condensation drain lines was explained. We used this company because they are contracted with Costco, which made the cost less overall for a quality product. I would definitely recommend them.

They were polite and performed work on time. I was not too happy with quality to make the story short. There were issues with air flow. I contacted Costco and they got in touch with the company, they came out again, and performed extensive re routing of the air ducts at no extra cost to improve air flow. I'm happy with the result. Their price via Costco is pretty good but make sure you know what options you are getting and if your duct work really needs replacement.

Purchsed thorough costed referral W $ 500 cash card incentive workers were on time, V. polite, clean, quit. Took all the packaging etc away with them. Job completed in 5 hrt. Extra $ 200 bonus costco cash card from company. Nice!
