+ -1 moreIt took him all day and he was working with one other person. The only thing negative I can say is that I thought the price was a little high.
Description of Work: Clean all of my windows inside and out. Very large house 3400 sq ft.

+ -1 moreHis estimate was about $1000 and I ended up having the work done by somebody else for about $300. He was prompt in meeting his appointment. He was thorough in inspecting the work that we had to have done. I would give him the opportunity to give an estimate in the future, but he would not be the first person I would call because his estimate was higher than the others.
Description of Work: I received an estimate from Alan Yovanovich for rewiring my daughter’s bedroom in July.

+ -1 moreHe continues to be our handyman. He charges by the hour. He's an extremely good craftsman. He's kind and informative. He has his own schedule and I have to wait until he is ready, but he is worth it.
Description of Work: Alan Yovanovich is our handyman. On his last visit he made two new handles for two pots that were missing handles. He also fixed a hole in a plaster wall.

Description of Work: Allan did a variety of handyman tasks including, correcting a sticking front door, replacing missing electrical (GFI) outlet in kitchen, installed curtain rods throughout, and took down old window hardware, blinds, etc. Cleaned up and put everything in the trash.

+ -1 moreVery good. He gave me advice on what to buy, over the phone, so I could go to a hardware store and get it before he came over. He was very considerate of my schedule. He came over late in the day, provided his own power and light (it was dusk by the time we could get together), did the job fast. He was pleasant and cheerful. About the only complaint I could make is that it was a little difficult to get him on the phone. This number is a landline phone, without call waiting, and was tied up for about 25 minutes when I was urgently trying to get a hold of him before sunset. But I did reach him, so all's well that ends well. His rate is $60/hour as of today. I will probably call him to replace or fix a couple of broken exhaust fans.
Description of Work: Allan (this is the correct spelling of his first name) came over to put some plastic sheeting over damaged portion of my roof, as a temporary, emergency fix, due to forecast of rain. He climbed up on the roof, removed debris, cut the plastic sheeting to fit the area and over the peak of the roof, and used a staple gun to secure it all around.

+ -1 moreHE ARRIVED AT THE APPOINTED TIME. HE WAS CLEAN AND FAST. HE SEEMS TO KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT ANY JOB THAT WE ASK HIM TO DO. HE LEAVES EVERYTHING IN GOOD WORKING ORDER.
Description of Work: WE HAD A LEAKING FAUCET AND INSTEAD OF HAVING IT REPAIRED, WE WANTED TO HAVE IT REPLACED.
