Vahik always kept in contact with me on the project. I hired him to install baseboard in one room. I've got more projects and would consider hiring Vahik again.

Prompt and professional. Quality install which involved some trouble shooting (short circuit). High marks across the board

He was never available, refused to set or stick to any schedule. Did not give clear guidance to workers he hired, and overcharged after verbal agreements of the cost of work. I asked him to inspect his work before he told me it was complete, and even then I have to be home and provide direct supervision of subs he hired. A two week multiple task job took weeks for only one the tasks to become partially completed. The sub he hired did quality work in one day after a conversation with me directly, which would have avoided wasting everyone's time and spared unnecessary damage to my new stucco. I finally asked him to stop work before he completed the first project of installing a drain line from my rain gutter to the nearest drain sink on my flat roof. His sub completed their work professionally and on time. He never started his work. I work in construction myself and if I were to operate in the same manner I would be unemployed.

Vahik did several small jobs at our two houses. The jobs had mostly the character of a small repairs of windows, installation of window screens and installation of several small organizing features in the houses. He was responsive in our correspondence and reliable with respect to our appointments (which we highly appreciate, as we had problems with responsiveness and reliability with many handymen we worked with in the past). The jobs Vahik did were performed meticulously, and one could see that he strove to do a good job and placed pride in performing his job well. We will definitely use Vahik in the future and we highly recommend his services.

A courteous pleasant man who did several fairly small projects for me efficiently and neatly. I would rehire him and I recommend him.

I needed a barrier on my stairs so my small dog couldn't get through to enable him to jump into the living room.. I had a gate but the dog would jump through and mess in the living room. I wanted something that I could remove when I had company but that didn't look terrible. Vahik devised a very clever partition of plexiglass that still looked good but kept the dog out. He also redid grouting in my kitchen that hadn't been done right and changed an electrical outlet that was loose. He did an excellent job on all three projects. I was very happy with his work and his charming personality.

I had a couple of things I needed done in my new apt. Vahik and an assistant hung a heavy mirror an also completed assembly and installation of a bathroom cabinet. beautiful job by friendly, courteous, and professional guys. Good price too. The choices on Angie's List were almost twice as much and there was a big mix-up with an appointment I made. In the end, they couldn't do it when I needed it anyway. Vahik was very accommodating to my time needs. Will definitely call him for future projects.
