+ -1 moreMy neighbors started using him as well after they saw him here. I have been using him for years and he does a really good job. He isn’t messy, he cleans up after himself, and he is genial. What I really like is that I don’t have to keep track; he’ll call me to tell me when it is time for him to come out and we’ll schedule an appointment. He is very professional, he knows exactly what he is doing, and he explained why the lawn needed this and how it would benefit the lawn. It actually cuts down on water loss because it is absorbed instead of running off. He is very casual but he knows what he is doing.
Description of Work: Aeration Expert comes out every six months to run a machine over the lawn. It brings out plugs so water and fertilizer can get into the lawn.

+ -1 moreDAVID AGUILAR IS GREAT. HE COMES WHEN HE SAYS HE WILL AND NEVER LEAVES A MESS. OUR YARD LOOKS MUCH BETTER NOW THAT HE HAS TAKEN OVER. I WILL USE HIM AGAIN.
Description of Work: LAWN WAS AERATED. A LAWN TREATMENT WAS ADDED THAT FERTILIZES THE GRASS. ANY PLUGS ARE LEFT ON THE GRASS, NOT THE SIDEWALK.
