+ -1 moreI called to schedule an appt for A/C maintenance before it got too hot. I was shocked when someone answered the phone and told me that they could come out to my house that same day. All other services I'd call for pricing and/or appts only had an answering machine and then never returned my call. Bob (the owner) showed up on-time and performed his tests. He said that my A/C was in perfect form and that there was nothing he could do to make it run better or more efficiently. He did suggest that I replace the filters more frequently during A/C months. I assumed he'd charge me for the visit but his response was, "If I don't fix anything, and make it run better, then I can't charge you." He was a breath of fresh air considering that he could've charged me for the visit and then put un-needed freon in the A/C and I never would have known better. He'll be my first call when the A/C or heater needs fixing or replacing...it was obvious to me that he is honest and therefore deserves my future business.
Description of Work: No work done because Bob (the owner) said that he couldn't make my A/C run any better. WOW!

+ -1 moreBOB BAILEY RESPONDED QUICKLY TO OUR CALL. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT AIR CONDITIONING. HE DISCOVERED THE PROBLEM SOON AFTER INSPECTION AND REPAIRED IT THAT SAME DAY.
Description of Work: HE INSPECTED THE AIR CONDITIONER BECAUSE IT WASN'T COOLING. HE RECHARGED THE UNIT WITH FREON.
