Great job.

I called Ryan at 9:00 am and he was at my house at noon and gave me an estimate for the job. We were having the exterior of the house painted before the install of the gutters. He removed our old gutters two weeks before the painting and then came back after the painters were finished and completed his work. The gutters look great. They cleaned up their work area meticulously. Ryan was very professional, neat and a pleasure to work with. He returned my phone calls and emails promptly. It was a pleasure working with him.

Ryan and his brother did a good job. They had the right ladders (one spot was very high) and completed the work quickly. One gutter he did not adjust because it would require walking on fragile clay tiles too much and as we were going out of town he suggested we wait on that for a time when we would be home- in case any further breakage might cause a roof leak. We appreciated his candor and also that he said to call him back if we found any problems with the work he had done. I also felt reassured that while the price was a bit higher than expected, the company's liability coverage was significant. No small thing as they run around on your roof, and stand on 30 ft. ladders.

I called All Star and spoke to Ryan. He agreed to come to the house to provide an estimate for the work. When he looked at the job, he discussed options with my husband, but then said that it was such an easy fix that he would take care of the problem right then. In fact, it was so easy that he didn't charge anything for his work. He said that if someone had to come out a second time, the job would have cost the minimum charge of $300. We appreciate Ryan's honesty and professionalism, and certainly will use this company again.

We were having extensive landscaping done and needed this work completed quickly so our downspouts could tie into the new drainage system being installed. Ryan came out, gave us an estimate, and returned four days later to perform the work. He did an excellent job. The price was high for a relatively small job, but Ryan explained when he gave the estimate that there was a $400 minimum (less 5% Angie's List discount). I had talked to two other rain gutter installers, but All Star was clearly the company that I believed would do the job correctly, and they did.

Ryan was very prompt in responding to our response for a quote, showed up on time for both the quote and the work, and was pleasant and professional.

Ryan came out for an estimate and told me his recommendation of what to do but his company would not be able to perform at this time. He was a genuinely honest guy, down to earth (realistic) recommendation. Very unusual to have this kind of honest contractor these days. He is an estimator and an installer and able to tell me where or what the problems are. If I could use his service, I would use him again.

I called the office on a Saturday and left a message to call me on Monday to set up an estimate for the work. Less than an hour later Ryan called me and said he was in Carlsbad and asked if it was OK to stop by in about an hour to take measurements. Ryan was professional, and courteous. We agreed on the price and a contract was signed that day. Work was scheduled for the following Wednesday. On the day scheduled, Ryan and his brother showed up on time and completed all the work in about 6 hours. His workmanship and attention to detail are outstanding. He and his brother work as an excellent team. I had a small issue with one of the down spouts, and Ryan fixed it the same day I called. OVERALL THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST PLEASANT TRANSACTIONS OF THE ENTIRE REMODEL PROJECT.

This is the third time I have used All Star, and as usual, they did a terrific job!!! Their price was the most competitive, and Ryan took the time to help my wife and I pick colors. Ryan came out three separate times to answer questions we had about our project. I would highly recommend them.

Ryan was prompt in returning my call and setting up an appointment for an estimate. When we decided to go ahead with the work, he was again very prompt in setting a date. He arrived exactly on time and both he and his co-worker were neat and polite. The gutters look absolutely beautiful. The colors match our house paint exactly. It hasn't rained enough yet to find out if the gutters work, ha ha.

Ryan DePrizio, Owner, returned my call the same day to arrange for the estimate. He arrived on time for both the estimate and to perform the work. He was very helpful in explaining our options, very professional, cleaned up after the job was complete, and was reasonably priced.

Ryan was prompt in responding to my phone call and arrived at my home at the appointed time. He and his helper arrived to do the work on time, were obviously very experienced, and completed the work quickly. Ryan and I had a misunderstanding about the scope of the work. He did state his position, but it wasn't completely spelled out on the work order. I think the misunderstanding was at least half my fault. Ryan did try to make it right with me, and I appreciated that. My advice: just make sure all work is clearly listed on the bid and you won't have any problems at all.

All Star Raingutters did a perfect job installing my rain gutters. Ryan came out and set up drain locations for the downspouts before I even signed a contract with his company. They had the lowest price and wonderful customer service. I would highly recommend them.

We were very pleased. He had the lowest bid, and everything got done. We were surprised at how quickly it was all done.

AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. THIS OWNER-OPERATED COMPANY PROVIDED A PROMPT RESPONSE TO OUR PHONE CALL ASKING FOR AN ESTIMATE. RYAN IS A PERSONABLE YOUNG MAN WITH YEARS OF EXPERIENCE OPERATING THIS SMALL BUSINESS. HIS ESTIMATE WAS 25% LESS THAN THE ONE WE HAD FROM A LARGER COMPANY, YET HE USED THE SAME MATERIALS, AND HAD THE SAME EQUIPMENT. HIS COMPANY WAS RECOMMENDED BY ANOTHER MEMBER. EVEN THOUGH HIS COMPANY IS LOCATED QUITE A BIT FURTHER AWAY FROM US THAN SOME OTHER COMPANIES, HE WAS WILLING TO TAKE ON THIS JOB, SAYING THAT HE WORKS ON LARGE, AND SMALL JOBS ALL OVER SAN DIEGO COUNTY (JUST AS THE LITTLE BLUE SYMBOL INDICATED). WHAT A FIND! KEEP THIS NAME AND NUMBER IN YOUR FILES IN CASE YOU EVER NEED WORK DONE ON YOUR RAIN GUTTERS.
