JONA'S CLEANING SERVICE

Terrible business practice!

I wasn't too happy with the service. The quality of the cleaning wasn't good. . We are also missing a gift for our son. We can't say for sure that she took it, but we are missing the item and can't find it. Nobody else has been in our home.

She is easy to talk to. She does a very thorough cleaning. She calls me when she is running a little bit late. She always returns phone calls and emails. In terms of price, I think its good price. Quality of work and responsiveness is excellent. In terms of punctuality, she is a little bit late even though she calls.

I use her monthly. Sometimes I use her for about four hours, and sometimes for about eight. She's not super cheap, but we get what we pay for. I have really bad allergies and nasal problems. She works with me on using chemicals and cleaners that don't cause me any trouble. She uses environmentally friendly cleaning products. She is very good about that. I really appreciate that. Everything about her is really great. She's probably one of the best cleaning people I've ever had. I would most definitely recommend her to others and would most definitely continue to use her.

Jona has been great. I'm so happy I found her on Angie's List. She does a very thorough job of cleaning. In addition since she considers my job an easy one as often I'm not there she'll do little extras that I ask. She has also made recommendations on other services for me to use around the house. I have been very pleased and would recommend.

We usually only use a housecleaning service 2-3 per year. Our normal cleaners were not available the week before Christmas, so I found Jona through Angie's List. Luckily, she had some availability and I'm happy to report we were extremely happy with her service and professionalism. She performs all the work herself, and is very detail oriented. Very well. Everything was done

Jona has been cleaining our home once a month for about a year now. It is great to come home and know she has been there and everything is clean. She has been easy to work with and able to accomodate our ever changing schedule which is very appreciated. I would highly recommend her services.

Jona came to meet me, gave me a quote and arranged to come back and complete work. She completed the wortk as promised and communicated well throughout the process. I am very happy with the way it worked out and will use her again.

Jona worked for me for three cleanings in total. She was always at least 30 minutes late and arrived exhausted and never did a thorough job cleaning our house. For example, she never cleaned the kitchen floor completely. She always left food stuck to the floor. I had to tell her to sweep and mop under the kitchen table. She did not do it otherwise. I had to ask her to wipe off the appliances, as she did not do that on her own. I asked her to wipe down the kitchen chairs and she would still leave food stuck to the chairs. She left spiders and dust on a floor she had just vacuumed, and did not move light weight furniture to vacuum under. One of the visits she forgot to clean the laundry room completely! Since I always paid her in full for the job $120 I expected my house to be cleaned completely. That was not the case. Mostly in the end our last interaction she arrived at my house 16 minutes late. I was putting the baby to sleep and did not here the door. She left a message and I called her back 11 minutes after she was on our front porch. She told me she arrived on time 16 minutes earlier than she actually got there (caller Id recorded the time she called from our porch) a lie, and said at that time she was on her way to another job and was running behind. What did not make sense to me was didn't she have the 4 hours set a side to clean my house that day? She could not have been to far away since it has only been a few minutes since she left my house. She obviously does not honor her appointments at least that was my experience with her. Therefore, my conclusion is that she is unreliable, and does not do a thorough job.

I could not have been happier with Jona?s work. She was completely prepared with her own cleaning equipment, including stepladder and vacuum cleaner. She arrived on time and ready to go to work. She understood immediately that I needed the house thoroughly cleaned and all dust & grime removed. It is difficult to find someone who can do such thorough and complete cleaning, but this young woman did just that.

She is wonderful. She is a very hard worker. She is very detail oriented and pleasant. She is diligent and if she doesn't get the job done right away she comes back. We will continue to use her in the future.

What she did was excellent, but my only issue was that she didn't do all that I thought she was going to do. There must have been a little miscommunication. Other than that the job was good.

They arrived on time to do the work. The quality of their work was good. I would use them in the future. I would recommend them. They were professional while they worked.

I've used Jona for about three years to clean my house. Originally she was a crew chief for three other cleaners for a cleaning company her family owned. The company was sold, but Jona continued on with the company for awhile until she noticed the quality of the cleaning materials and work product were decreasing. She has a very high standard for her work, and decided to try to work on her own instead of having to do a poorer quality job in order to make more money. I very much appreciate her honesty and integrity about how she runs her business, and have the comfort of trusting her to be in my house whether I'm here or not, knowing that nothing will be broken or stolen, and the house will be spotless when she is finished.
