Consumer Termite Control Inc

I have an annual contract with Consumer Termite. They do a very through inspection each year and a termite treatment, if required. I'm very satisfied with their service.

He was fantastic, he did a thorough inspection of the whole house for termites. He is honest and I had a previous bad experience with another company. He did a great job.

My experience has been fine. They are very good about coming out whenever we need help. They are nice people to work with. They have done a good job for good price.

Inspector showed up at 9 as agreed to conduct a no cost inspection. He asked me for the reason for my call and I explained that we saw a live termite in the house. He assumed the termite could have come in through an open window or an open door. He asked me if the house had ever been tented. I explained that it was done a year ago. He said the company who did the tenting should be conducting the inspection and not him. He didn't for a second consider that perhaps I didn't want to do business with my last exterminator. He turned around and promptly left.

They are really good. I am on my second year with them. The technicians are really good and I have no termites. The contract includes a 1-year guarantee.

They where good. The only thing that I did not like is that they had a toxic chemical. But then I should have asked prior to having them come out. But this company only has one product. . Their price is reasonable. The price they gave me is reasonable. It included this treatment, and if I have any problems I can call them and they will treat the problem follow up treatments. Very friendly and professional.

They were very prompt in coming when they said they would come. They were very polite and courteous towards me. I couldn't say anything about the quality of their work yet because they just finished doing the pest control today so I would have to wait a while to see any results. The price they gave me was fair I think even though I haven't shopped around for any pest control lately. We have a yearly contract with the company so they are forced to come over at certain times do another checkup. The check up will insure that they did a good job.

I WISH I DIDN'T HAVE TO DO IT, AND I PROBABLY WON'T CONTINUE TO DO IT IN THE FUTURE, BUT I'M HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. IT SEEMS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE. THE LAST TWO OR THREE GUYS WERE RIGHT ON TIME AND WERE HERE FOR ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF, ALMOST TWO HOURS. THEY DID A PRETTY THOROUGH JOB. THEY GO THROUGH THE HOUSE AND OUT STRUCTURES.

THEY POINTED OUT DRY ROT AND TREATED IT. THEY ARE VERY RECEPTIVE AND THEY ARE FAMILY OWNED. THEY ARE REALLY HELPFUL. THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR WORK. THEY ALSO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND.
