This contractor is the most unethical and unprofessional , he changed his price middle of the work from $60,000 to $90,000 even though the scope of the work never changed , on top of this the material that I purchase and paid for separately started to be missing and coming short even though I purchased all material %10 above the quantity and volume that this contractor Go Builders Inc ,( Randy Holmes ) the 3 months project became an 8 months project with horrible results Uneven tiles , water leaking plumbing , Electrical wiring without any ground connection in the plugs and switches . He Charged me $30,000 dollars more than what he agreed in the contract , I just wanted to put an end to this and get him out of my house,I would stay away from this contractor who also operates under different business names .CH PLUMBING and GO builders inc , are operated by the same person Randy Holmes and his partners. Do not take a chance you will regret dealing with this contractor after spending a lot of money and destroying your home improvement plan. Good luck , Nausser Fathollahi
