Arrived the morning after we placed the call for service. He did an excellent job pinpointing the source of the leak, removed the old faucet and replaced it with one we had previously purchased. Very knowledgeable and left the area very clean. Would definitely use again.

The job went fast and he gave me a wealth (in my pocket) of information.

Joe Romero, the owner of America's Plumbing, returned my call and was at my house to fix my plumbing problem within one hour. He carefully listened to my concerns, diagnosed the problem and fixed my pipe leak very quickly. I will definitely use America's Plumbing for all future needs and recommend Joe to everyone I meet. Positive experience from start to finish. Don't pay big prices with other plumbers, go with Joe and he will treat you with respect, solve the problem and charge you fairly.

After explaining the situation on the phone he was upfront saying that it was a basic fix I could do myself with the proper tools and some YouTube or internet instruction. I told him I'd feel more comfortable if a professional took care of it and arrived promptly. He not only fixed it but took the time to show me how to fix it myself the next timea copper solder fails on a fixture. He spent the time to explain to me the quality of a U.S. manufactured valve versus a cheap import that wasn't as durable as well. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him to friends and family.

Joe was super helpful and nice! He was doing everything in his power to answer all our questions and help us save money. He advised us that a handyman would be able to complete the projects we need done, and he didn't recommend any unnecessary work.

Had water coming out of my water meter utility box, suspected a slab leak. Called them, was told someone would be out within the hour -- and sure enough, they were there 50 minutes later. After examining the property and the piping we ultimately determined that the problem was a major underground leak in the sprinkler system. To top it off, they were honest enough to suggest that it would be cheaper to have the gardener fix the sprinklers than having a plumber do it! Very professional throughout, it was obvious that they are customer oriented -- will definitely use them in the future for plumbing problems.

The plumber was on time, very curtious and located the problem right away (outside) and fixed it within 40 minutes. We got a nice rebate because we found him on Angie's list.

My mom needed some plumbing work so I called and Joe came over and fixed the kitchen faucet and advised that the shower needed a new fixture. He was requested to look at the water heater which was 13 years old. We decided to replace the unit and he came back the next day to install the water heater and shower fixture. He also found and repaired a small gas leak. Everything working great. Excellent work, fair pricing, professional and on time. Highly recommended.

We called America's Plumbing at night and he offered to come right then, we said he can wait until tomorrow to come. I was not here when he showed up but my husband was and he said the plumber came in, he knew what he was doing and he had all the tools to do what he needed to do, he found the leak and fixed it. He also took my husband out and showed him the water regulator in front of the house and he did some readings on it and said that it needed to be replaced but he told my husband, "this is how you can replace it to save yourself several hundred dollars versus me replacing it for you" so my husband went to Home Depot, got the part and replace it himself and save himself quite a bit of money. There was a part where he asked mu husband if he just wanted to re-plumb the whole house but we're not going to at this point in time but he felt comfortable enough that we would have him do it if we thought we did. I think the price was reasonable since he tore the wall apart and he fixed the leak, that was amazing.

He was really a great plumber. I paid for the part and his services were $125. I called on a Friday or Saturday and I was kind of in a hurry to get someone out. He promptly called back and told me he could come the very next day. He was on time. He was extremely honest and told me he would pick up the part and I could pay him for it. Other plumbers wanted $85 to pick up the part. He did excellent work and he actually came back the next day to make sure that nothing was leaking. He was very courteous. He explained why I was having an issue and showed me the damage to the old one. He actually worked longer than the price he originally quoted but he said since I was an Angie's List member he would give me that discount. He was good. His work was great and he picked up after himself. Most plumbers don't come back to check on their work.

I noticed dark spots on the wood floor in the kitchen so I referred to Angie's List to get a plumber. I chose America's Plumbing based on the reviews and called that night (Friday). Joe wasn't able to come out that night but we were able to set an appointment for the next morning. He showed up on time and determined there was a leak in the pipes that had built up between the wood floor and the sealant. He didn't want to make holes in the kitchen cabinets so he broke through the wall outside of the house to expose the pipes. He ended up replacing the pipes to fix the leak. He was professional and did a really good job!

There's not much to tell. 1. We called based on Angie's list recommendations.2. We made an appointment.3. The plumber showed up promptly, installed our faucets, cleaned up, and left.4. What's no to like?

The office assured me service would arrive within the hour, which is what happened. Nonetheless, Joe called me when he was 15 minutes out with an update on his arrival, which I greatly appreciated. He worked quickly and explained AND showed me all that he was doing. He was polite and professional throughout and was also very friendly. I would gladly use him again.

My kitchen faucet broke and leaked. The plumber came out that day, a Sunday, to fix the problem. I needed a part from the manufacturer and he said I was to call him after I received it. He did not charge me for the house call. I bought one and and he came out the next day. It was not the right part, and he gave me more information to try to help me explain it to the manufacturer. Once again, he did not charge me for the house call. The manufacturer told me that the faucet I had was no longer manufactured and that I had to purchase a new faucet. I called the plumber when the new faucet came in and he not only installed it, but fixed a few other things that were in need of repair. I was very impressed with how fast and often he responded and how well he did his job.

Joe was great. He was very professional: timely, friendly, polite, skillful and knowledgeable. He explained what he needed to do and then did it with perfection. He is the perfect plumber. I will recommed him to my family and friends.

Joe Romero, the owner, came within the hour indicated on a Sunday to repair a garbage disposal that came off the locking ring. He not only fixed it promptly, he offered to instruct me on how to do it to save the cost of the house call if I wanted (but I had had enough of trying to fix it!). He also tightned up the drain basket on the main sink that was starting to leak, advised to call Kohler to replace for free the leaking hose to the main sink faucet that was leaking, adjusted the shut-off valves on our bathroom faucets that had been chattering for years, and instructed me on how to repair a toilet that was running over the drain in the holding tank. Joe does no upselling or advising you to do things that are not necessary. I have had horrible experiences with other plumbers: one that charged me $500 to replace the same faucets that were chattering in the bathroom, and nothing changed...then suggesting I needed to replace the pressure valve to the house and that would fix it. All lies. What Joe did took 5 seconds and resolved the problem (again, he adjusted the shut off valves underneath). Another plumber wanted to charge me $500 to break into the shower wall to replace the pipe from the wall as the showerhead stem broke off at the threads. In that case, I went to Ace and got a little tool for $10 that allowed me to remove the busted off stem. Folks, be very cautious who you deal with when it comes to plumbers. Unfortunately, the shysters of this business give everyone a bad name. Joe is the real deal and would call him back in a heartbeat if I needed plumbing services. You should not be disappointed. Thanks to Angie's List for giving me the insights and referrals to hire him in the first place!

He showed up on time, assessed the leak(twisted pipe that had a pinhole leak on outside wall, and he fixed it for me in about in hour. Good work , courteous and recommended how to patch the stucco after the pipe replacement.

The same guy (Joe Romero the owner) did the estimate and all the work. We provided the Shower hardware and the toilet, but the shut off valves that I had bought were not going to work. He provided his own and threw them in for free. It was a relatively small cost, but it was certainly appreciated. I had recently installed a sink fixture in the same bathroom. But, I was a little sloppy and hadn't tightened everything down all the way. While he was under the sink installing the new shut off valves, he tighted up my work for free. I've had some experience with other plumbers (though not a ton) and I though Joe was great. He was very responsive and did all the work real well. I think because he is the owner, he must have lower overhead costs than other companies.... because his cost was at least a couple hundred dollars less than what I was expecting based on previous jobs that I'd had plumbers do. I will definitely be using America's Plumbing again whenever I have plumbing work that I cannot handle myself.
