I had an issue with high water pressure in my house. Joe came out and repaired a broken pipe and replaced the faulty water pressure valve. Joe was very punctual and professional. I would definately use and recommend his services to anyone looking for a high quality plumber!

Joe was very responsive and was able to come on a Sunday to quote the job. Work was done on the following Tuesday. Joe did the initial work to identify the location of the leak and his helper Toby did a great job on re-routing the water line through our walls. He also re-routed a pipe from a past slab leak where the plumbing company had located the new pipe on the outside of the house. Total time was about six hours and we were back up and running. Total cost was exactly what he initially quoted. Joe was straight forward and helpful, I would certainly use him again.

Owner Joe Romero responded to diagnose a possible leak in my garage. Joe dispelled my fears by performing a leak test and found there was actually no leak. He did not charge me for the test since he did not have to perform a fix. Joe was very professional and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use America's Plumbing again if I have any future plumbing issues.

The guy who owns it is Joe and he is a nice guy. He did a good job for us. He had fair pricing and he provided good service. He is just a really nice, honest and diligent guy. He came on time and he did what he said that he was going to do. He is a good guy. We would definitely use him again in the future.

Joe did an excellent job will not think twice about using him again. Last weak we had the plumber cut 7 holes through out our house to locate.....then charged us close to $2000 for the effort. American and Joe in particular are true professionals and did a great job! Thanks!

My son had a leak in his garage, near the water spigot located there, just inside the door. Water was spreading fairly fast, but we couldn't locate the leak. Not coming from the spigot, but filling up the planter just outside the garage door. I suggested turning off the water to the house first and waiting an hr to see if the leak slowed. It did not. So I told him to turn it off at the street and we'd call a plumber in the morning. I looked up local plumbers on Angie's list and found Americas plumbing. They were highly rated and local, so I called them. They had 2 guys out the next morning and they knew exactly what it was. They started digging in the planter and it was a JOB!! Nothing but roots. They must have dug for more than an hr and then they showed me the PVC coupling had cracked and was spraying water. I appreciate when they show me exactly what the problem is even tho I don't understand many of the terms, I can still see the problem. They gave me 2 options, which I particularly liked: repair the pipe with a new coupling, or reroute the pipe . I preferred the second option at $200.00 more, thinking it might prevent future problems. When they were done, it didn't even look like anyone had been digging there!! The dirt was replaced, tamped down and they even replanted a couple of small plants that had to be removed to access the pipes. The driveway and sidewalk was swept clean. I appreciated their clean up work as much as the repair. On a final note, I had printed off a 10% coupon that was on their Angie's List page, which saved us more! I would highly recommend America's Plumbing and will use them again when I have the need.

His price was fair and he was able to come out when I asked. I don't feel like he tried to take advantage of the situation. I gave him more money at the end because the project took a lot longer than I thought it would.

We messaged the provider to get some plumbing work done, which ended up being a $1,200 job. This provider did not respond back at all.

Joe is absolutely the sweetest and most polite plumber. The day of our move in to our new place our bathroom sink clogged big time - called him, got an estimate and he was out here in a little over an hour. Only thing is the plumbing was a little messy and things did get a little gross but other than that he was absolutely great. I would definitely call him if I ever have anymore plumbing issues.

The job took 2.5 hours requiring removal of old piping and welding of new piping. Joe, the plumber, had to remove some stucco to access the piping. He arrived thirty minutes early and provided a cost estimate, which didn't change, even though the job was more difficult than first thought. Even though this happened on Sunday, I did not have to pay extra fees. Awesome company.

If you need a plumber, all I can say is CALL THEM! I had a slab leak, and was warned by neighbors that it could cost up to $6000 to get repaired. I called at 4 pm and the owner answered, and was out at my condo the next am. He was very professional, on time - and compassionate. I was extremely distraught over the potential cost - he took charge, set my mind at ease and gave me a quote of $1500 - $2500. Although he had only planned to locate the leak, I asked him to repair it, and he came back in the afternoon and stayed until 530 pm and the next day all day long. He was very nice, worked very clean, and found the fix that caused the least amount of destruction to my condo. Overall, I was EXTREMELY satisfied and recommend America's Plumbing very very highly!

There are virtually no details. He stuck his head under the sink and recognized the problem immediately. Leak fixed within 5 minutes. He said he wouldn't charge me, but I insisted he collect his normal trip fee. After all he came out immediately (he fit me into his prior schedule). Counting trip time, Vehicle expense, insurance, licenses, etc. I didn't want to take advantage. This is the third time we used him. The first was to install new fixtures. He is prompt, courteous, clean, professional, and reasonable. What's not to like?

We called because we had a musty odor under the sink in the kitchen and suspected a leak. Joe came and verified there was a leak, had his team fix it very professionally and very quickly, and put me in touch with a company that could provide rehab services to demo the wall and dry out the kitchen. And he did this on a Sunday. Won't ever call the "smells good plumber" again. Joe smelled fine and his work was notches above what I received from the other guys. A real pro. Don't hesitate. Call him if you need quality plumbing done quickly and professionally.

I called Joe and he arrived within the hour. I had water dripping from under the bath tub. After extensive searching including going into the attic he found no leak and advised me it was a grouting problem. He would not take any money for the time he had spent looking and was so pleasant. I would recommend him to other.

First of all, Joe Romero, came to the house, on time. he called me as he was leaving his last job and again just before he entered the house. he was dressed professionally and was very friendly. After evaluating what had to be done for the leak he started the work. he actually was able to save some murals that we had in the kitchen by cutting drywall in a different place. he finished the work , on time. His final price was as he estimated to be. he also gave me a referral of a company who dries the carpeting, padding and excessive work in the ceiling. I called them and they were coming out. I asked Joe for his cards so I can refer him to other people in the neighborhood. Besides fearing to see dentists , the next worse experience one has is usually with a plumber. Woke up in the morning found that we had water problems on the floor in the hallway and it was obvious there was a leak somewhere in our water system. I checked Angie's list for a local plumber and found American plumbing, Joe Romero. A cold call to Joe to see if he could respond. He said yes was at our residence within two hours. He climbed into the attic, found the leak in the copper pipe, retrieved his equipment and replaced the old pipe with a new piece. Problem solved, no more water leaks. Appreciate the fact that Joe Romero responsive in coming to our house in a timely manner, probably saved us a few bucks not having to replace a lot of carpet. I would recommend American plumbing to anyone who is in the same situation we were, and of course I will use them again when we do some more work on our residence.

Joe responded fast, used his skill and professional listening tool to quickly locate the very small pin hole leak in copper tubing feeding an upstairs bathrrom. The repair went fast and smooth soldering a new copper coupling in place with minimal drywall removal. I am very happy with Joe's attitude, professionalism and sense of humor. The fast response after normal business hours is appreciated. He is now my first choice of plummer.

Joe, the owner, came out and inspected the kitchen. During his inspection he discovered we had a slab leak. He promised us he would have it taken care of immediately and sent over two of his workers. Toby and Steve arrived shortly after Joe left. Toby was excellent at locating the exact point of the leak. He fixed it and discovered there was a second leak under a cupboard. Once the second leak was fixed he made sure there were no additional leaks. Even though there were two leaks he only charged us the original quoted price. The workers were courteous, efficient and professional. They did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything in good order. I was highly impressed with both of these men and the job they did. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again with any plumbing issues I have.

He was prompt, polite, and appeared to be very trustworthy. I was comfortable with him in my home and would definately use him again. He could have told me the problem was much worse than it was based on the problem I was having but just took care of business.

He explained the reason for the problem and showed me the new parts that were of better quality.

From start to finish Joe is the professional plumber we all hope to find. He came out the same day I called and called ahead to let me know when he would be here. He arrived on time and analyzed the problem while soothing our concerns. It was obvious he knew the building and plumbing codes. In addition, he was familiar with insurance claim procedures. He cleaned up all debris and was able to recommend a company that could do a dry down for us. We received a discount because we found him on Angie's list. I highly recommend this company.

All went well and the lawn and patio bricks look like new. I replaced the bricks myself after waiting about 1 month for the ground to dry out some under the patio where the leak occurred. I also left half the trench on the lawn area open so I could install a drain line from the front of the house to the street using available connections from previous construction, so the finishing parts of the job were left to me by my choice. America's Plumbing did the hard work, for which I am grateful. The work was accomplished quickly and efficiently. I made two choices of local plumbers from Angies List and chose America's Plumbing based on a much lower price estimate. Thanks to Angie's List for the savings. The water bill for the month prior to the repair was $250, and after was $40. The leak couldn't have happened at a worse time, as we were gone from home for 4 months and couldn't do anything until we got home.

Joe was personable and professional. He repaired our leak as well as recommended a restoration company to help us resolve the issues caused by the leak.
