Description of Work: I have been trying to contact these people for about 3 weeks. I have left numerous messages-more than six-on their phones almost begging them to contact me. No response so far and so I have never spoken to a live person at this establishment. All reviews said to keep trying to contact them as they do good work at reasonable prices. I'll never know because they simply do not seem to want my business.

+ -1 moreI found him on Yelp. I shopped around for prices and his prices were the lowest in the area out of places that I looked into with the best ratings. Issac is an absolute doll. We went over the samples and I decided on the type of blinds that I wanted and it took maybe 5-10 minutes, and I never felt rushed. I had an instant rapport with both of them. They were extremely thoughtful, conversational and good-hearted. They were a pleasure to be around. The installation of the blinds was incredibly fast. They made the whole experience a breeze. They were perfect to work with, I did not have any problems with them. They left the place in good condition. He was a little difficult to get ahold of at first because he is very busy, but he did leave his email in the voicemail and I emailed him my number and we got in touch in a couple of days. After we spoke, I also was able to text him which made things a lot easier.
Description of Work: Issac came out to give an estimate on blinds and his brother came in and installed blinds in my entire apartment.

+ -1 moreA family own business that is local to me in Alhambra with several years of service which I picked off of Angie's list of providers.All bothers, Issack ,came first to measure and show me the variety of materials.I picked a natural white draw string blind.Very reasonable price of $90.00 each and knocked off $10.00 for first time new customer.One week later, two other brothers,Jesse and steve installed them and the Quality and pull cord was much better than I had installed by a remodel contractor.Very nice guys and quality products at very reasonable prices I will absolutely use in the near future for my window dressing needs.
Description of Work: Measured and installed 2 horizantal blinds one in bathroom and one in kitchen.

+ -1 moreIt went great. I called in the morning and left a message on what I wanted to purchase. A short time later, a gentleman named Issac called me back and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. Issac showed up right on time. He was professional, polite, solt spoken and very knowledgeable about window coverings. On 10/13/14 They arrived right on time and installed all the window and door coverings. Their work was very neat and professional. Both of the installers were EXCELLENT.
Description of Work: Installed blinds in 2 rooms total of 6 coverings including 2 french doors

+ -1 moreEverything went fantastically well. Isaac came over twice as we first saw a sample we liked and then had second thoughts about doing a different style which wound up working much better. Isaac was super patient and allowed us to take our time looking at the samples and discussing our options. Once we decided, he had the blinds ordered and ready to be installed within days. On the day of install, he and his crew, two of his brother I believe showed up right on time and knocked the work out on a Saturday afternoon. Wow!! The results look amazing.
Description of Work: I am extremely glad that I found Isaac (the owner) and his company to install our wood blinds. We priced out blinds for our entire home with bids from Costco (company that sells and installs their blinds) and Smith & Noble and Isaac was literally 1/2 the price of Smith & Noble and considerably cheaper then Costco. As for the company, you could not ask for better customer service and quality of work. Isaac came to our house not once but twice to show us samples and discuss the project. He was patient and in no way a pushy salesman. We choose a classic white wood shade and absolutely love the work and quality of the shade. When they were installed, Isaac came with his brothers helping him and we felt that they appreciated our business, were extremely polite and got right down to business. They installed everything in a few hours, showed us how everything works and told us to call if we ever have any questions or problems. If you are getting blinds, trust me on this, go with this company and you will not be disappointed. It's reassuring to see that there are still honest, hardworking people out there who will do a good job for a fair price. I think once the word spreads on Symmetry Blinds that there will be a ton of reviews on Angie's List echoing my comments.

+ -1 moreWe just bought a really old home full of odd sized and huge windows and knew it was going to cost a fortune to put up the window treatments we wanted... So I looked around and wasn't comfortable with the quality, price or random contractors that so many other companies have. I called up Issac and he blew everyone else away in promptness, quality of blinds and price... Issac came in for a free measurement and quote and although he doesn't have the biggest selection, he carefully goes over the options and offers very good suggestions. He gave us the quote and gave us no pressure to buy.... but after seeing the price, we went ahead... Issac and his brothers arrived to install right on time and they completely babied by home and its ancient moldings. They used laser levels to make sure everything was hung right and double checked everything to make it make sure it opened and close smoothly. (Even the vertical blinds on my slightly sloping floor). They even did us a favor and hung up some curtain rods we bought. All in all, I can not recommend these guys enough and we LOVE our blinds!!!

+ -1 moreIsaac and Steven arrived right on time and walked us through the variety of shades they had available. Isaac was patient, answered all our questions, was incredibly courteous, etc. We ordered our rolling shades and they came today to install them. Again, they were right on time, very courteous, very neat and such wonderful people. I wish every person we had to deal with when it came to fixing our home was as great as Isaac. Highly highly recommend. The shades are beautiful!!!!
