Within 20 miles of 91801, Outside 20miles extra $10 (Due to gas prices,sorry) Audio/Video Specialist with over 10 yrs. experience. Do not let an Electrician do it just to save $$, most of them do not understand audio/video,or some rookie who just learned how to do this for extra cash! Let a professional with experience, like me do it!! Most of my call are from people who chose someone else and now regrets it!!! I treats every house, apt, condo, & Establishment as if it were our own, so you get quality which I aim for,not quanity! I work on Multi-million dollar homes, to small apartments, commercial, to your average Joe's, nothing to big or to small. I have great trouble shooting skills, as well as people skills. I listen to your needs and wants, not what I think you should have or get. I do everything from custom designs, installations, sales, you name it! I am the guy you call when the others fail, cant seem to finish, figure out, or do a clean job. I also have experience in construction, carpentry,and electrical, which makes my work a lot cleaner, and at the end what YOU want!

My first contact with Millennium Home Theater was by phone. At the time I was asked if I could e-mail information about my project. I sent an email on July 5, 2013, outlining my situation. After no response for two weeks I wondered if I had misdirected my email. I placed a follow-up phone call to Millennium on Monday July 15, 2013. The first ring, I received an automated response to leave a message, but the person called was not identified, raising the question that I may not have dialed the correct phone number, so I dialed again. The same automated message received, so I thought I'd leave a message in the event I had in-fact had the right number. However, I neglected to leave my call back number, so I dialed again and Mr. Castillo answered. I identified myself and the purpose of my follow-up call. He seemed to be a bit agitated that I had called so many times and that he usually calls back in his own good time. I went on to explain that after two weeks without a call back, it was appropriate for me make a follow-up call. As I continued to explain the reason for the three calls in close proximity, and that he was a referral from Angie's List, I could no longer hear a response from him as thought the call was disconnected. I let it rest in the event it was an inadvertent disconnect. No callback was received from Mr. Castillo since. This is my first experience contacting a referral from Angie's List and I'm disappointed. Out of basic human courtesy, if not a phone call he could have replied to my e-mail with a short, I can't help you or something else. From our first phone call, he acknowledged servicing Orange County customers (therefore not a problem driving to my home). I considered his phone and business etiquette rude and a poor example of the prospects Angie's List vets.
Description of Work: Did not respond to my communications after two weeks. No services were performed.

1st I had let [removed member name] I would be out of town. Second he did call 3 times in a row, for someone so detailed I found it hard to believe he forgot to leave #, when did answer was rude and overbearing! I do not do work for people who think they are above anyone and can be rude just because they have money!!

Description of Work: He came and installed my plasma TV onto my wall. He also installed a sound system on the wall.
