Eddie was able to fix everything with no issues, and he even did a little non-plumbing handyman work for us to install a window AC. He used plexiglass to make it look from the outside like a normal window, rather than a piece of plywood like you often see.

Had them out twice now, they were able to replace parts and fix a water heater. The 2nd time they came out to locate a gas leak, and did a thorough inspection and fixed what was a simpler issue than i thought, charged me just a simple service charge.

Eddie arrived at the scheduled time and reviewed the kitchen sink drain openings, drain pipes, and the inoperative garbage disposal. I chose to have both sink drain openings replaced with strainers and the old garbage disposal removed. Eddie provided a quote. We agreed on the price and Eddie stepped out briefly to purchase the required parts. Upon return, he removed the garbage disposal, installed two sink strainers, reconnected the tubular drains, and added a branch pipe to connect to the dishwasher. He tested the drains and showed me the result. The new strainers look sharp and with the old garbage disposal removed I have more space under the sink now.

Eddie and Eddie (father and son) were on time, friendly, and professional. They fixed the leak quickly. I asked about a larger project and gave me an estimate and money-saving advice. I'm happy with the work they have done and would use them again.

I initially called several companies, but few had a time that worked. Eddie was the first that genuinely seemed interested in helping us solve our problem, so I scheduled the first timeslot that he was available. He and his assistant arrived out right on time, and fixed the problem quickly.

They arrived on time, were professional and courteous, and completed all of the work quickly. The quality was very good and the cleanup was very good. Everything looked great. They were very easy to talk to about what we wanted, and they noticed a couple of little things while there that they took care of for free. They were also lower cost than the estimate we got from a larger company.
