HORACE MARTIN

Horrace Martin has had $3000 for over a year now. He could not start the job due to scheduling conflicts with my other contractor that he was supposed to work out with before taking my money. He had already cashed my check and bought some supplies before working out the scheduling. He agreed to come back and finish the job when my contractor was off my property. He came back to start the job. He did the landing and the interior of the bench and asked for more money. I gave him $1500. Immediately after that he installed a French drain that I did not want. I did not receive a change order or an estimate. After that, I agreed to pay the $600 for the French drain. He kept asking for money and making excuses. He stopped showing up. The last thing he said was that he was not going to show up to finish until he received more money. He has only finished half of the job.
