FRANCO'S

Called for estimate they responded and came by in a timely mannor. Vincent seemed to be too pushy and determined with trying to get the business which made me very uncomfortable (stating "we don't B.S. around or F** our customers") a basic s*** mouth. He insisted on doing extra work which was not in my budget, stated that they do not haul the trash/old material and it is up to me to make arrangements with a trash service. I think hauling old material should be part of the work. When he gave me the estimate on the work to be performed I had to turn down the bid. He kept harrassing me about two days after trying to convince me to do the work. I recently called him for another proposed job and when he recalled our previous estimate visite, he got real nasty and said "I'll only come to give you an estimate if you promise to have the work done". I tried to reason with him by saying if the quote is right I would hire him. He still was a bit snippy and mean with our conversation that I ended by saying "thank you, I'll find someone else". Bottom line, he is not friendly, has a dirty mouth with no respect to the customer. He's only interested in getting work given to him. Estimates will only be given if you promise to hire hime and "not waste his time" as he said. I got an untrusting feeling with this guy.

I called Vincent and set up an appointment which was convenient for both of us. He arrived promptly and called when he was on his way to reconfirm. He gave me an estimate on the spot. When I agreed to his invoice, we scheduled a time to complete start the job. He was very professional and the job was completed in 3 days. Vincent and his crew were very professional and removed all debris and swept the area clean when they were finished.
