B and B Lock and Security were punctual. They were really close by. We have used them twice.

Fast, efficient, reasonable price. Over the phone they gave me a high and low price depending on the type of opener. At the strore they gave me the lower end price so I take this as a sign of honesty.

Contacted B&B Lock and Security to see if they re-programmed remotes for garage doors and gates. They did, so I brought my remotes into the shop to discuss what re-programming was needed. Spoke with the owner (Van) about the remotes. He explained the re-programming process and the different types of remotes currently available. He showed me a 2-button universal remote that was available that could control both my garage door opener and gate opener. I decided to purchase two of the 2-button remotes. Next, we discussed when he could send someone out to my house to re-program the remotes. He had time that afternoon, so he and his son was out at my house within the hour. They took a look at my LiftMaster garage door opener and Elite gate opener and re-programmed my current remotes and the two new 2-button remotes. They did final testing to make sure all the re-programmed remotes worked properly, then were done in less than half an hour. Van was very friendly and informative.

Took some pictures and wrote out a list of the locks I wanted to replace, then went to the store to get a quote. Showed the pictures and gave my list to the lady working there. Also, the shop had a good display of locks that they had available. Within a couple of hours, the shop left a message that they had a preliminary quote ready, but had a couple of questions. Went back to the shop the next day and talked to the owner to confirm the work I wanted done and to finalize the type of locks I wanted to purchase. I wanted a better quality lock, so went with the recommended Schlage brand. Got a final quote of $575, then scheduled when the work will be done. The locksmith would probably be available late that afternoon between 3 - 5pm. Note, the shop had the parts in stock and would be able to key the locks at the shop. Andy the locksmith and an assistant arrived at 4:30pm that afternoon. They proceeded to replace the gate lock cylinders and replace the dead-bolt and entry door knob locks. It took 90 minutes to finish the job. Also, I had some non-standard old locks, so the locksmith had to re-drill some holes in 2 doors, as well as, some sanding on all the doors to get the new locks to fit. Andy was very professional, courteous and knowledgable. Also, Andy prepared 5 keys to go with the new locks (2 more than I requested at no extra charge). I ended up paying the amount of the quote plus an extra $25 labor charge because of the extra work needed (drilling, filing) to get the locks to fit since the new locks I picked were different from the old locks. All the locks seem to be working properly when Andy finished. However, later that evening, noticed the front gate "hook"/mortise lock was sticking. Called the shop the following Monday and Andy came out the following day to fix the problem at no charge.

The repairman installed longer screws to hold the wooden block to garage door ceiling.

THEIR EXTREME GOODNESS AND THEIR ABILITY TO WORK SO HARD TO FIX THE GARAGE DOOR, WAS REALLY HELPFUL. IT WAS ALSO VERY CONVENIENT THAT THEY FINISHED THE TASK SO FAST.

THE LOCKSMITH WAS VERY POLITE AND COURTEOUS, HE HAD A VERY GOOD ATTITUDE ABOUT HIS WORK, HE ACTED IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THEY OFFER A VERY FRIENDLY SERVICE AND PUNCTUAL TIMING.
