We had Alex come by to provide an estimate on 2 large Oak Trees that were located at our new home. These Oak trees were in such bad shape we originally called Alex to see if it was best to cut the oak trees down. Alex showed up to our meeting on time and gave professional analysis of the trees and their health. After taking the time to understand our family and our backyard vision he recommended a good pruning of the trees instead of taking them out. We are very glad that we took his recommendation. His crew showed up as promised, took care of the job to perfection, and left the place as clean as he arrived. Our trees look awesome as he stated they would and we found his pricing to be very reasonable. We are very happy with sexytrees.com and would only use them in the future.

Alex is "super-professional" & extremely knowledgable about maintaining and preserving all types of trees. His crew was on time, worked "smart", cleaned up EVERYTHING that was removed & were fast, fast, fast! His pricing was within $100 of most of the other candidates but when you can get a Certified Arborist to personally inspect & quote your job - you're on the right track! Will use again whenever the opportunity arises.

Good. He was professional and honest. He researched the tree I have before he came. He advised what was needed, showed me a picture of how he will treat the tree and suggested I wait to right time of year for best results. I appreciated his honesty rather than doing work now. I will definitely call him when suggested. Meanwhile, he suggested and I purchased from him an organic spray to help with the problem until fall. His consultation was free.

Alex is an arborist and he knows a lot about trees. And he has a very experienced and competent crew, they do a very quick, clean, and efficient work.

I have three Bradford pear trees that had grown out of my control. I needed someone to give them a trimming and restore them to a state which I could do light trimming in the future. Looking for someone to take on the task, I searched online for a reliable recommended tree expert. I found that Sexytrees.com had an excellent rating from previous customers so I contacted Alex Llamas, the owner. We set up an appointment and he came out to my house on the time and date as scheduled to assess the situation. Alex is an arborist and immediately knew the name of my trees. He pointed out which larger limbs were in danger of splitting off from the tree trunks in the future if they were not removed during the trimming. Alex is a very easy going personable guy and after talking with him I felt confident that he would do a very good job. Once Alex and his crew arrived as scheduled and got in motion, I was impressed with the agile tree climbers and the way they used their ropes and saws as they moved up and about from limb to limb. The ground crew was just as impressive as they immediately gathered the fallen limbs and branches and carted them off to their chipper which was in my driveway. Branches that had fallen over my fence and onto my neighbor's yard they also gathered for the chipper. I knew they did a good cleanup there also, because I did not get any complaints from my neighbor after the job was complete. I liked the fact that as the trimming was taking place, one of the ground crew members had a laser light which he gave to me to point out anything on the trees which I wanted removed in addition to what they had removed already. In conclusion, if you are looking for professional people to work on your trees that do an excellent job including cleanup, I highly recommend Alex and his wonderful crew at Sexytrees.com. They are a great team ! Yes, my trees look a lot more sexy now. I hear my neighbors whistling.

Alex was friendly, knowledge and professional. He came to give us a free estimate at the schedule time and gave us honest advices of what needed to be done. We had contacted two other companies before him and his price was reasonable and his estimate was the most thorough. His team came at the scheduled date and time, and they did a fabulous job with the cleanup. His team accidentally damaged our shed but Alex took responsibility and replaced us with a new one immediately. I have already recommended Alex to my family and will continue to refer him to others who need tree services.

The responsiveness was fantastic. I got my questions answered quickly and they knew exactly what I needed. The service alone was outstanding but the time it took to get it done was remarkable. They were friendly, efficient and very cost effective. I highly recommend them.

Great timely and according to plan

The tree trimming went fine. Cleanup in the front yard was not complete and some small plants were damaged.

I first sent an email on January 6th asking for a date and time to get an estimate. By January 11th, no reply to my email. I sent another email on the 11th and he finally replied to my email. On January 13th, he said he could come out on January 25th at 2PM to give me an estimate and I replied okay. At around 12PM on January 25th, he called and said he could not make it as they are still on a job. I said okay and he said we would call or email me a new time to meet. Today is January 31st and once again no response. I cannot comment on their work but if it is this much trouble just to get an estimate who know what else to expect. I am going with another company.

Alex was professional, knowledgeable, customer service oriented, and priced right! Alex got the job done quickly, efficiently, and cleaned up -- this was all done after he had worked a full day on other customers! We wish service providers in other professions were this great!

Alex was responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable. His team did a very good job. They are careful, but quick, and cleaned and hauled everything away. I would highly recommend them.

It went very well. Alex got back to me quickly, after I sent him a message on Angie's List. Francisco came out on Saturday (08/06/16) to give us an estimate. They came out to do the work on Thursday 08/11/16. My Mom was pretty satisfied with the work that was performed. She did have an issue with the cleaning up afterwards. She felt that they should have done a much better job. She has a shed that is where the loquat tree used to be, that has lots of stuff from the tree they cut down. You would think that they would have cleaned up better, not left it for an 84 year old woman to do.

My pine tree fell in the rain on top of my large Mulberry Tree in the back yard. It was hanging in the air. Alex came to estamate and did the job the next morning. His crew was on time and respectful. They did a fast and great job and cleaned up everything. My final price was $550 less than the estimate.

Couldn't have asked for better service. Alex originally gave me the proposal over a year ago but we didn't get around to actually getting the work done until last week. Alex honored the original proposal price and did a fine job with the work as well. We will not hesitate to call him in the future for additional tree removal needs.

As always cleans tree service is very professional and the price is very fair.
