+ -1 moreBob was a pleasure to work with. He performed a thorough inspection of all the usual home systems: foundation, plumbing, electrical, appliances, etc. His background in construction allowed him to give good advice regarding how best to make repairs, and what items were the most serious. He focused on the most significant issues, rather than minor cosmetic flaws. He was very informative during the inspection and it was helpful to be able to tag-along and get his input during the whole process
