Even gave me a reduced charge for the service call because it took them less than 5 minutes to fix the problem. They were responsive to phone calls. They also were punctual. They volunteered to put everything back to where they found it. Awesome experience! Definitely will use again for a bigger job.

Description of Work: Our ancient Alameda plumbing has always been a source of constant aggravation. We recently remodeled our kitchen, including a very classy faucet. Over the past few weeks the water flow volume decreased gradually to where it was almost unusable. I checked the nozzle and valve, both were clean. I went to our local hardware store, Paganos, in search of advice. Their ever-helpful staff suspected the shut off valves. I asked for a plumber recommendation and was given the business card for T. A. Roberts Co. of Alameda. I called Todd; he was here the next morning. He checked a less-obvious culprit, the pull-out rinse hose; it was clogged with tiny Alameda pebbles. Todd cleared the flotsam and jetsam, and made an 'engineering' change that will prevent a reoccurrence. Wow..water pressure!! We also had an ancient toilet shut-off valve, rusty and very unsightly. Todd came back today and installed a nice shiny valve and chrome sleeve over the old pipe. Another quick and efficient job! Todd's fair prices, work ethics, manners, promptness, and overall level of courtesy are welcome in a world where these attributes are rarely encountered. I would recommend Todd's services without hesitation! He has a customer for life!
