Bay Area Plastering contractor.Please note: We only do plastering and stucco work, Thank you. My son and I have completed many videos on youtube of how to apply stucco ans plaster properly for those how wish to view Plastering Industry standards and codes. Simply type in stuccoplastering on youtube. If you are looking to do it in stucco, more then likely I have done it before. I do all of my own work because I enjoy it. (and it keeps me in Shape) I work in the entire Bay Area. I am proud to say I have also been listed several times on Berkeley Parents Network as a trusted plastering contractor. Kirk has saved my old house with his years of wisdom and support along with saving me lots of money following suggestions by contractors without his experience. I am indebted to him and humbled by his expertise. Originally learned about him through his youtube series and would highly recommend his services to anyone trying to fix something made of stucco, plaster or concrete. High quality, integrity, and honesty!

Overall, No show from Kirk, No Job.
Description of Work: We had set up a date and time for Kirk to come to our house for an estimate to repair some stucco. He never showed up nor did he call. We reset a time and date and again, no show. We then went with Arevalo Plastering and they did an excellent job. As a side note: we have delt with Kirk in the past with a job for client of ours and he did a nice job.

He just puts stucco and nothing else. I was very disapointed with Angie's List. Had to find the proper contractors in the yellow pages.
Description of Work: No service was performed he wouln't put a bid on the job.

Description of Work: The bottom portion of our chimney had to be removed in order to place a new chimney saddle during a re-roof. The Handyman hired to complete the repair after the re-roof came and quite poorly applied a "scratch coat" and then abandoned the job. Kirk, (along with his son and brother) skillfully fixed and completed the botched job with impressive ease. The videos on his website [ http://www.stuccoplastering.com/ ]are extremely helpful as well! One only need watch a few of them to understand the artisan-level skills Kirk possesses.

On time, on price and nice people too!
Description of Work: Repaired, rebuilt and patched a 4x8 hole in my wall where a lg 1970's heat pump was removed after I purchased new central heat and air unit. He had to rebuild the framing and structure of the wall as there was not enough support/strength as it was left after removal of the heat pump. He did an excellent job and explained why and what he was doing. His stucco work was well done and his carpenrtry was also very well done.

Very simply, Mr. Giordano never returned my initial phone call. Giving him an F may very well be petty on my part, but it is frustrating when a business solicits inquiries for their services, you contact them hoping to discuss your job, and they do not even bother to call you back. To me that is a very telling sign about a business' professionalism and quality.

Good morning Member, I have read about your posting through a postcard I received from Angies list from the postal service. (By mail) Great point I believe as you do. My website says, I am a small plastering company, It also points out that I do all of my own work, I usually leave my home at 7:00 A.M. and return about 5 to 6:00 P.M. After I wash up and have dinner, I check my home phone messages and e-mail sometimes a call or two may escape my attention especially if I am fortunate to receive many. Usually If I am too busy, or don’t perform this type of work such as painting woodwork or such, I spend quite a bit of time calling back potential clients and referring them to someone that will help them with their needs, as I know many are out of work in these difficult times.
