Description of Work: I live in an old Victorian and Ethan has done a couple of jobs for me and always done them extremely well. In particular, he was able to rescue a project of mine after my previous plumber said what I wanted couldn't be done. Not only did Ethan do it, but he did it on the spot in just a few hours. His prices seemed very reasonable to me.

Ethan pulled the appropriate permit with the city, installed the valve, walked me through the process of how the valve works and how sensitive it is. He gave me appropriate info for the new homeowners and scheduled the city inspection to finalize the permit. It was a very easy and fast process. I was very satisfied.
