 + -1 moreThey told me that their must have been some viruses or bots on the computer that were causing the issue. As the job progressed I learned that there had not in fact been any such things. I had used them before and the first individual who had worked on it, did not work on it this second time and the new worker was less than satisfactory. Eventually they got the old guy on the job and soon enough I had my computer returned to me. When I got on it I found several things that were not supposed to be there so I had to go through and clean it out. I was very displeased with their service and would not recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: I was having some issues with my computer, trying to turn it on, and they fixed the issue for me.
