Clarence Davis Stucco

Clarence Davis did a great job on some holes in my stucco house; quick, timely, friendly and well done.

Clarence Davis and his team repaired cracks around the chimney of my 1919 Bungalow house which were caused by settlement. They also repaired a larger void in the stucco caused by structural seismic renovation. The new stucco is a good match to the finish of the original stucco. I sent Clarence pictures of the areas that needed repair by text, and he responded with a quote that he honored. It is difficult to find contractors who will accept small projects, and am very happy with the work and response time.

They helped us troubleshoot a stucco leak. Andy was professional, extremely knowledgeable and we would recommend him to anyone who wants a 5 star orofessional.

He came in, looked at it, checked the whole house and explained what he was going to do. We were still there when he was fnished opening it up and discovered that due to house movement, the stucco had snapped the nails that were holding the screen to the studding and had allowed the stucco to crack. Once he opened it up further, it was a matter of cleaning it out, putting new insulation, waterproofing, etc, and by the time we got back at noon he was completely finished. He cleaned up the mess. I was dumbfounded by how great it looks. I have to wait two weeks to paint it but it's fabulous and the price is right.

Mr. Davis (Andy) was able to immediately assess the extent and cause of the stucco damage, and explained in detail what the repair would involve. The job was very professionally done, on time and within estimated cost.
