+ -1 morePaul and his crew communicated super well, came in and did the job as planned. They let us know when water couldn't be used (they were replacing our sewer lateral). They were recommended to us, and I would recommend them without hesitation. Further, their price was GREAT! There is a little hiccup as something is bubbling up from one area, but I have no doubt at all that Paul and his guys will come take care of it.
Description of Work: They replaced the sewer lateral, as required by the city. Further they tested it, had the city test it and we got our deposit back super-promptly

Description of Work: They came out to repair to the hot water dispenser. They came out twice and did nothing but still charged me a copay and then their estimate for replacing the unit was extremely high. It also turned out the unit did not need to be completely replaced and I had another repair it very quickly and easily.
