Casa di Vita Staging

I was referred to Natalie by a Realtor who had a good experience working with her before. Things started out great, Natalie was responsive and professional. I gave her floorplans of my home and met with her in person to go through the space. We laid out furniture together. She clearly knows her stuff as a stager. At her suggestion, I purchased additional curtain rods that she did not have in stock. I moved photographers and paid to expedite cleaners to accommodate her schedule because she was heading out of town on vacation. I signed her contract and gave her the 50% deposit we agreed on. The day before she was scheduled to complete the staging, she canceled. Natalie was extremely rude and unprofessional from that point on. Very disappointed and now stuck trying to schedule someone else last minute, canceling open houses, and rescheduling everyone else again.

Natalie and I both work in the real estate industry, so I see Her handy work all the time. My company handles the deep cleaning for new listings and Casa Di Vita come in after us and stages from top to bottom. I alway check out Her staging online or in person and it makes a huge difference in how the house is presented to the market. She has great eye for design and Her prices are competitive. Definitely 5 star Service!
