Eugene came to look at my LG front loader on Saturday. I had already told him it needed a new HALL sensor. He disagreed with my diagnosis, told me I purchased the wrong washing machine and informed me that I was lucky to have used it trouble-free for 5 years. He got the machine to spin and promised to call me on Monday after he "made some calls". I was able to wash only one load of clothes before the machine failed again. Eugene never called me Monday and didn't return my calls. I give him one star because he didn't charge for the visit. On Wednesday I hired someone who installed a sensor in less than 15 minutes.

Response was quick, arrived on-site within the hour took a look at our problem and returned the next morning and repaired all problems with equipment. Excellent and professional.
