Eugene was personable, professional, and prompt. Our Vent a Hood is so nice and clean now! I'm so happy we found this company to do our work. Ultimately he did the work for much less than another bid we had.

Eugene was very responsive over email and by phone, returning any messages quickly. We had a difficult install and our stainless fridge took a couple dings, as well as the drywall missing a few chunks out of it. It would have been an issue had it been an easier install, but Eugene and his assistant had to lift a fridge and range up and over a granite countertop, so I will write that off.

Eugene was prompt, professional and responsive. He methodically tested various parts of the washer and narrowed down the problem to the water hoses. He tracked the water source and disconnected the hoses, being very careful to request a bucket in which to drain the hoses. He cleaned up the area and replaced the washer into place. He then advised me which replacement hoses to purchase and install. He said once they were in to watch and see if there was any further leaking and if so to call him back. A very good experience and I would call him back again.

Eugene defrosted the freezer and replaced the defrost timer and defrost thermostat. Took a little less than 1 �� hours. Charged for parts and labor, much less expensive than new fridge as this one was only 3 �� years old. Eugene came in late afternoon as he had one job before me.

Eugene was very responsive...made an appointment and kept it...he made the appliance repair...he also installed smoke/CO 2 detectors...I would use him again.

Eugene made an appointment with us today to fix our Danby wine fridge between 11am and 1pm. Around 2:30 he called to say he was running late and that he would head over. I asked him specifically what time he would make it. And he said around 4:30pm. So my wife waited for him, and again no call no show. She wasted her entire day waiting for this guy. Would recommend you go with someone else for your service needs.

Eugene was very responsive, arrived promptly and completed the installation job quickly and professionally. The install was slightly more complicated than I described because the sink drain came apart while I was cleaning up the mess. Eugene fixed that too for very little extra money. I will use him again.

the technician called right away and was able to fix the problem. The biggest issue I had with him is that he did the work without 1st giving me an estimate and was a bit expensive.

When he called he called from a blocked number so it was hard to return call from that. Could have been smoother with that but work was done well.
