Description of Work: Provided troubleshooting and (temp) fix for malfunctioning furnace (installed by another company). They were just as exasperated as i was as to why the malfunctioning was repeatedly happening. They were very responsive and worked diligently to get it up and running. I expect to call them back to replace this eqpt. They've also worked on my A/C. |

 + -1 moreThey were prompt, professional, and fair. The tech was an expert! It took less than 1/2 hour and it was done neatly! I can't say enough about these guys. After talking to two other firms, it was refreshing to talk to a plumbing company that was focused on getting work done and keeping the customer happy instead of being focused on how to charge the highest price and take up the customers time with customer service games!
Description of Work: Installed my new garbage disposal and replaced the "P" trap under the kitchen sink.

 + -1 moreThey didn't arrive on time and didn't call; I had to call them. They estimated 15-20 minutes and arrived within this period. Everything else went smoothly. The repairman was very nice and explained everything but hardly cleaned up at all. In fact, he even left a few tools! He did a good job with the problem but it took an hour and a half and cost almost $300.
Description of Work: We asked them to fix leaky faucets and add shut-off valves to the bathroom sink and fix a leak in the shower. They had to turn off the water and switch out some parts on the sink but were able to fix the shower just by wrenching it tighter.

 + -1 moreWeber is a real old fashioned company. They are friendly. If you have an emergency they come right away. There were some small things about the job I was unhappy with, little details I had to bug them about. But I would definitely recommend them.
Description of Work: I created a new laundry room in my basemsnt and a new bathroom in the garage. They ahve also done a bunch of small repairs for me.

 + -1 moreI would say, overall, it was a good experience. It took a while for them to get the parts in, but once he did get them, he came out and got the job done. The pricing for the job was decent. The people who came out were respectful and knowledgeable. I was also pleased that they didnt leave a mess when the job was finished.
