The best from there answering my qoute request to actual work perform and unit blowing cold air 3 hours. Now that's service. They were professional generally nice guys. They checked out the unit then explained everything that needed to be done and also told me some of the items that were still working but were getting old just replace all the items. They were done and cleaned up in all of an 1 1/2. Thank you

Professional. Precise and didn't try to upsell us of things we didn't need. We will only use Allen Air for our heating and cooling needs.

We found and called Allen Air after having a number of contractors come to the house to fix a leak. Other contractors were too busy to spend the time to fix it! Ron and Chris came to the house and found the leak within the first 15 min of the visit. They returned within a few days to fix the leak. We have been cool ever since. I would highly recommend them!!

Ron showed up on time and responded quickly with a bid to do the job. His prices were fair, the quote was received in a timely manner....everything about the job was professional and prompt. They installed my whole system in half a day...cleaned up after the install. I would hire him again and i recommend Ron with sincere gratitude.

I had to call him a week after he installed the units and several times to make repairs and he stopped returning my calls eventually. I had to eventually replace both the heating and a/c units after calling out another company. The drain on the a/c unit that is suppose to drain outside was draining inside my house and then overflowed and caused water damage to my molding.
