Scott was polite and professional I needed to leave twice to transport my granddaughter and had no worry leaving him there to work. He moved a heavy piece of furniture for me that had been moved out of place at Christmas to accommodate a larger table.

Floor looked fantastic at the completion of the job. He explained the process completely on what to expect from the work being done. It was a little expensive (to me), but well within the prices from other providers. I would definitely use Pac Pro again!

Pac Pro Service just left and Scott Bland did a wonderful job. Nice guy and very up front. Cleaned our dirty couch and also cleaned our carpet, 4 bedrooms, hallway and living room. Such a difference, I am very happy. I felt he was honest and his pricing was very fair. We will use him again.

He was here right on time. He was helpful in suggesting what to do in terms of the agenda. He created a great deal of trust. I thought his prices were fair.

Scott did an excellent job from beginning to end. He returns calls promptly in a professional manner, and scheduled the job quickly. When on site he confirmed prices before starting the work and the carpets came up great. I wasn't really sure how well the tile floor would look after cleaning, it has been down a few years. The kitchen tile flooring looked like new after he had finished! I will not waste time and energy DIY again as his results were amazing! He even left me few shoe protectors to use while the carpet fully dried. Highly recommend Scott and will use Pac Pro Cleaning again.

Scott is very professional. He did a wonderful job with the carpets and the upholstery. Couldn't ask for better results - we were especially surprised with what he was able to do with the upholstery. It was old with a lot of dirt and stains. Looks like new now! And, his prices are very reasonable.

I called Scott because of all the wonderful reviews that he received on Angie's list. I must say, he did not disappoint. He called 10 minutes before his arrival time to inform me that he was running 15 minutes behind schedule and asked me if that was still ok. I always appreciate a phone call when people can't be on time so that was his first brownie point. He was extremely pleasant and I could tell that he aimed to please. He did not push me to get certain carpets cleaned that he felt didn't need it and was very helpful in giving me tips on how to wash my white slipcovers. He did a great job and promised that if for any reason I wasn't happy with the cleaning that he would come back free of charge. He also gave us some spot cleaner and some shoe covers if we needed to walk over the still wet carpets. I would highly recommend Scott and PacPro Clean and will definitely plan to use him again in the future.

Scott was a joy to work with from beginning to end of this process. He responded promptly to my initial phone call, as well as to a follow up call, after I decided to add the grout cleaning to the job. He gave me an estimate over the phone based on my description of the size of the job, and he honored the Angie's List discounted rate. He showed up on time and went right to work, completing the whole job in 6 hours. He did exactly what we asked of him. The carpets, couches and especially the ceramic tile floors looked amazing when he was finished. He is very experienced and an extremely pleasant person to work with, and we found his price very reasonable. I highly recommend Pac Pro Services and Scott Bland.

I was very pleased with the work. It is now November and the carpet still looks good and smell good. I do plan to use this service in the future. They were very professional and answered some of my questions about future work. I plan to use them again.

My wife and I were both very impressed with the quality of Scott's work. He was able to get our carpets cleaner than any other carpet cleaner we have used. Scott was also punctual, stuck to his cost estimate (no surprise add-ons!) and very courteous (rare these days!). Highly recommended!

It was excellent. There was an area of the sofa that had been ruined by another cleaner. He said ahead of time that he could not guarantee the cleaning results, leaving it up to me to tell him to try. I asked him to try and he had no luck, but didn't charge me for that area. Very gracious, professional guy. I would use him all over again.

Scott did a fantastic job all-around. On time. He was very careful, and spent time to place protective masking on the corners of stair banisters and walls to prevent the possibility of hose damage. Scott extended a price discount for being a first-time customer via Angie's List - nice touch. Excellent cleaning job. Very personable and professional. Couldn't ask for more.

Went very well. No problems. Scott was very knowledgeable and professional. I was concerned that my baseboards might be damaged due to the hoses being pulled around the corners (they were new and painted). Scott listened to my concern and was very careful with his equipment. Carpets look great and I will definitely use him again. We thought he was very reasonable and prompt returning my calls. I feel so much better about my home having clean carpet!
