Excellent results!

Scott did an excellent job. My carpet is very pale and was beginning to get dirty no matter how careful we were. The carpet now looks fantastic. He was a half hour late, but called about an hour before he was expected and told me he was running late (which I appreciated very much) and then again apologized for being late when he arrived. He put little things under our furniture to keep the wheels and legs from staining the damp carpet - All in all I would definitely recommend him. By the way shampooing is much much better than Chem Dry or any other dry cleaner.

They are on Angie’s List. The work done by them was very good. They quoted me a price over the phone for the carpeting. When the guy came here, he said that it was smaller than what I really had quoted. So, they did it for a little less. There was only one person who came out and he was very good. I paid about $125 for his service. The quality was very good. He set up the time and he was here at the time he said he would be. So, his responsiveness was very good and he was pretty professional too. I would use his services in the future too.

They were very punctual and very professional. They really did an excellent job. They are local. I think they're a company that also provides other services.

Pac Pro was timely, returned our call quickly, and called when they ran late. They did the best job we have ever gotten on the carpet. They also gave us a first time user discount as well!

I had contacted Scott from Angie's List. Before contracting him, I had taken the measurements of the work to be performed, and explained as-best-I-could exactly the scope of the job. On the day that the work was to be performed, Scott arrived exactly on time, and ready to go to work. He quickly surveyed the job, and committed to the price he had quoted. Scott was in the house for close to 5 hours, worked meticulously, and did an excellent job. Perhaps there might have been other Vendors who would have been a few dollars cheaper, but on the phone I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism, and was glad that I decided to use him. Excellent job. To those who might consider using Pac Pro, I would strongly urge you to give Scott an honest appraisal of the work to be performed; it will only make the job go faster, smoother, and in the end, all parties will be happier.

Scott called to let me know he was running late due to a commercial job ahead of me. No problem; he called well in advance so I could make arrangements. He arrived promptly at the new agreed-upon time, measured and quoted the job which was almost identical to his estimate over the phone. Scott took great care in my home. He was very efficient and the carpets turned out great! High traffic areas looked like new and a couple pet stains and a rust stain came out. The carpets took longer to dry than I would have liked (almost 2 full days), but not much to do about that due to heat and humidity conditions. I'll be calling Scott again and will probably get my carpets cleaned more frequently now.

The representative, Scott, gave me an estimate by phone, so I made an appointment on the spot. He showed up on time and finished the work quickly. He did a great job! Some of the high traffic areas were very dirty, and he cleaned them well. The carpets looked like new when he left. He was friendly, and the price for the service was a great bargain! I will be calling this company again next year when it is time to clean the carpets again.

Scott from Pac Pro called me back after my initial phone call. We set a time for them to clean my carpets. They showed up on time, were extremely professional and did an amazing job of cleaning my soiled carpets. And apart from that, their prices were extremely reasonable. I will definitely use them again to clean my carpets as well as to clean my granite and marble countertops.

I received a phone estimate for the work, and hired them based on the Angie's List reviews. Scott came out and after I gave him a quick launch, got to work right away. The walls in our home theater have a very delicate paint on them, and he was professional and avoided any damage while maneuvering around a tight room. When Scott was completed, he packed up his gear, and called me down to review the work. I asked for a few small touchups, which he immediately attended to, and then I asked if he had cleaned under the couches. He was surprised, and said that he had assumed that they were fixed to the floor given the design of the room (which was a reasonable assumption). I showed him that they were indeed movable, and that I would like to have the under areas cleaned as well. Despite having already packed up his truck, he immediately set to work again, unpacking his gear and doing a thorough cleaning of the remaining carpet areas without complaint. Scott was quick, professional, and detail oriented. I would definitely hire him again. One note - our room has very little ventilation, so it took much longer for the smell of the cleaning agents to leave the room (over 2 weeks). This is not a criticism of Scott's work, as it has more to do with the air flow in our room. It's just something to keep in mind if you have a similar environment.

Did not try to upsell, and charged me exactly what was estimated, tho felt it necessary to tell me what they would "usually" charge, and what a great deal I got. Still, the job was done well.

From the beginning, I had a good feeling about Pac Pro Services. When I called, I left a voicemail, which Scott promptly called back while he was on a family vacation. That's service. He was very clear in explaining his services, options and pricing over the phone. The pricing was fair, not to expensive and not too questionably low. So, we decided to go with Pac Pro. Scott continued to be great with communicating and his professionalism. He showed up on time for our appointment and was very warm and courteous to both my husband and I. Although he did a thorough job, some of the carpet stains were stubborn and refused to leave. The nap on the upholstery also was very finicky and there were vacuum-like row marks that didn't go away even after I tried brushing it and playing around with it. From the beginning, Scott had explained to us that our cleaning was warrantied. So I called and explained to him the problem areas just a couple of days later. As promised, Scott cheerfully made good on his warantee and promptly returned to take care of it without a hitch. The coffee stain on the carpet is gone, the color is back to original and the sofa looks great. Best of all, it FEELS clean in our home. I would recommend Scott and Pac Pro Services any day with confidence. We'll definitely be using them the next time we need our carpets cleaned! Thank you Pac Pro!!

Scott returned my call for an estimate right away, and we arranged a day for him to come to the house. He was courteous and very professional. We discussed all the problems areas, and Scott suggested solutions for all of the badly soiled areas I had concerns about. The day of cleaning, Scott arrived right on time and went to work. He did a WONDERFUL job! My carpet in the family room was heavily soiled and now it looks brand new. My tile in the entry and kitchen hasn't looked this good since it was installed years ago. The house smells fresh and clean. Scott's cleaning was above and beyond anything I expected! Estimate and actual price were exactly as he quoted. We will be using Scott's services again and would highly recommend PACPRO to others!

It went great. We have a new puppy and the carpet had several spots but Scott got them out and the carpet looks like new again. It was his first visit and I had a coupon from Angies list so the cost was really reasonable.

I debated on calling and trying this firm because many of the previous comments were older reviews, but they were all very good. Based upon the previous reviews I decided to call and make an appointment. Scott called back very promptly and we arranged arranged a date. I will also mention that when he called me on my cell it was bad timing and we had connection issues but he was a total pro at dealing with this. They showed up on time, and did an excellent job. The carpets all came out looking like new and believe it or not, stains that previous carpet cleaners could not remove were removed by Scott and his team. Some of these stains were several years old. I delayed in writting the review, as I wanted to see if they came back. They have not. I have used other carpet cleaners in the area in the past. I think the main question is would I use PacPro again? The answer is simple- In a heartbeat !!! I will only use them. They are freindly, totally professional and do excellent work. They offer other services which I did not try, but will in the future. These guys I would trust my home to.

I was thrilled with all of Pac Pros service. Scott is a true professional through and through his prices are reasonable and his attention to detail excellent. Everything sparkled beautifully in the end. I was particularly impressed with the rug that had red wine spilt on it. Pac Pro was able to take the stain out completely as well as the tile foyer the grout and mosaic detail look brand new.

Very well! He quoted me a price over the phone. When he was done he knocked $40.00 off the price because the square footaged was smaller than I had thought. I would have been happy paying the original price, so it was very unusual for someone to reduce the price on their own.
