I needed some upholstery cleaned before guests arrived later that week and Scott made it happen. He is trustworthy, a pleasure to do business with and a total Pro. Great work & an accurate estimate, I wholeheartedly recommend him.

Scott, the owner, arrived as scheduled. He was very professional and courteous. He performed the service as promised and I am fully satisfied with the experience. I will use him again and recommend to others.

We called Pac Pro and told Scott what we wanted cleaned. He knew our house model and gave us an estimate on price and cleaning time. He did say that he would verify the estimate when he came and measured the carpet area. He arrived when he said; measured the carpet; verified his estimate. He looked at our laminate floor and gave us a quote and date to clean it. He cleaned our carpet y and the next day he cleaned our laminate floor. It was great! We got a good estimate on the phone. They arrived at a perfect time, coordinated with our plumber who as also working that day for water usage, and did a great job. They got one of our rooms clean that I didn't think could be cleaned completely. We are very happy!

Scott is wonderful! I have used him in the past for carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and pressure washing. His work is outstanding. I have recommended him to two friends who were also exceptionally pleased with his work. I would recommend him and his work to anyone! He literally is the best! I thought I was going to have to replace my carpeting in certain areas. After Scott's thorough cleaning it almost looked new again!!! I was amazed and pleased! Although my house is white...after Scott's pressure washing it it looked 4 shades lighter and brighter! After searching for years to find really good services in this area I was lucky enough to get a recommendation for Scott. I will never have to look further...he's the man for this work and lots of other services!!

The technician arrived on time and measured the carpets. He had quoted a price over the phone based on my estimate of footage. When he found out the actual footage was less than I had estimated, he lowered the price. He worked promptly and finished on time. There were several problem areas that he gave extra attention to and everything turned out great! The carpets completely dried by the next morning. He was thoroughly professional and courteous and guaranteed his work. I will definitely call him the next time I need carpet cleaning.

From estimate to completion...highly professional, efficient, responsive, and conscientious about work place. Finished all in one day...offered to break it up for us in two days...but willing to stay as long as possible to complete job if we wanted it done in one day. Received estimate as well for Pac Pro to clean and reseal travertine floors...will have them come back at a later time. Highly recommend this company!

I contacted the company based on Angie's List reviews. Scott responded immediately, we scheduled the appointments (2.5 days), and the work was done. I HIGHLY recommend this company. The are punctual, profressional, fair in pricing, and really, really good at what they do.

Left a phone message for Scott explaining what we were looking for (sofa cleaning and floor tile cleaning). He called back within a few hours, asked a few questions, and provided a quote (including a discount for being an Angie's List member). We set an appoiintment date exactly when we wanted it (company was coming to town!) Scott called the day before to confirm. He showed up on time. Completely professional, well groomed, polite, personable. Completed the job in a few hours (just as he had estimated). Left no mess. Good experience all around. We'll definately use Scott again for this or related services. Recommend him!

He was the best we have ever had. We have had people come out and clean our stairs multiple times. Some people I have had come back multiple times. He came out and did a great job right off the bat. We are very happy with him.

Great service!!! My carpet looks AMAZING! I even asked if he could try cleaning the bottom of my slipcovered couch because it had been dragging on the floor and got dirty, he cleaned it with no extra charge. I'm beyond thrilled with this company. Very honest and friendly!

I initially spoke with Scott Bland, the owner of Pac Pro. He was very professional and gave me a quote and set up a day and time. He arrived exactly on time. He was extremely polite and informative. He worked quickly and efficiently and to my delight, my fee was much less than he originally quoted. I have given his busiiness card to my neighbor and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone needing carpet cleaning services.

Fabulous. My last carpet cleaning experience was so bad i had waited 3 years and way too many pet stains to try again. My carpet was filthy. I was going to be glad if it could just look OK. It came out looking new. Called 20 minutes before appointment to say he would be 5 minutes late. Arrived promptly at the revised time. We added on the area rug after he arrived, he gave us an estimate of the revised cost and the final cost was right on the estimate. My biggest concern is the carpet would be wet for days. the last cleaning left me with soggy socks and wet carpets for 3 days and that was with fans blowing 24 hours to help dry them. He assured us the carpets would be dry the next day, if not sooner. My response was ' i will believe it when i see it'. Well, they were dry by the time i got home from work. i walked around with dry socks. i checked every bit of carpet to find the wet spots. he was correct. they were dry as promised. that detail alone would be enough to make me re-hire him. but when i saw the carpets i declared i am never using another carpet cleaner unless he retires or sells his business. they were not only spot less, they looked new. the carpets are 6 years old and hadn't been cleaned for 3 years. rescue pets and two senior cats (20+years) with many health issues left stains over carpets in two of the rooms that i was sure may be lessened, but not removed. they were so well removed i couldn't even remember exactly where the spots were before the cleaning. Quality work at a fair price. if you hire anyone else you are making a mistake. i found people offering discounts on rooms, or 1 price for all rooms. he offered a price based on the rooms & explained the options for cleaning the stains, treating for odors and the pricing for the different options. he came in at or below estimate for every item quoted. the area rug i was going to toss in the garbage. at the last minute i figured, what the heck- maybe he can clean it. my older incontenent cat had left it terribly damaged. Dang, it looks like it did the day i bought it. even on the back side of the carpet you cannot see there were any stains. I'm now selling it for more than the cleaning cost (much more - big grin). so he actually helped me pay for part of the carpet cleaning by providing such a clean area rug. i have never had an experience with a service provider (for any service, not just carpets) that was as good is this experience. hire pac-pro, you won't regret it.

He arrived precisely at the time scheduled for the actual work. He readily agreed to bring the tubing into the house through the path we requested. He answered all of our questions and listened to our concerns patiently. His explained that his equipment was more powerful than many other carpet cleaners. We watched as the wand that injects the hot water and then sucks it away moved over the carpet. The nap was not disturbed and the carpet was not overly wet as he moved along. The day was warm. The work was completed at about 11:00 am and the carpet was dry by 6:00 p.m the same day. The carpet looks new and smells better too. We plan to have him do the rest of our house.

Scott arrived on time and went quickly to work. He cleaned the recliners, which had a couple of spots, one from a dog sitting on it and another from where your head rests on the back. They were both a bit stubborn, but Scott was able to get them looking brand new. The area rugs, were not too bad, so the steam cleaning perked them up and everything looks good. Scott's service was affordable, quick and complete.

It was a great experience. He called me to tell me he was going to be late and arrived as rescheduled. He did a wonderful job, took his time and was very thorough. I'd use him again in a heartbeat!

Everything came out beautifully. There were some dark spots and there was no extra charge for removing them. Scott arrived on time and completed the work in the time he quoted. I could not be more pleased with the quality and professionalism of the work.

Scott was a little late, but he called to let me know ahead of time, so no big deal. As an added bonus, he cleaned 2 spots on another loveseat and didn't charge extra. He is very professional, very thorough, and I would use him again.

This is BY FAR the best experience I have had with carpet cleaning. Scott arrived on time, was courteous, communicative, and cheerful throughout a challenging cleaning process that required special techniques to remove pet urine from carpet. He worked without a break for the entire time he was here, obviously taking pride in doing an effective job of cleaning. He even requested a telephone call to report on how well the cleaning turned out when the carpet dries! The result: this morning, it looks as though all the carpet in the house and the fifteen-year old furniture in the great room is brand new! The professionalism of this individual is unique.

Pac-Pro was absoulutely fantastic! My carpets were very dirty from having a newborn with lot's of spills and dirt that our loving labrador treks in from outside. My son's room has an expensive wool rug that I purchased from Pottery Barn, and I thought was ruined. It was not! It came out beautifully as did the rest of the carpets in our home. His price was more than fair, I actually expected to pay double. My husband was so pleased, that he does not have to clean our carpets anymore! We purchased a heavy duty steam machine, and it did an ok job, not great and my husband spent a lot of time on the task, needless to say he is very happy! I cannot say enough about his professionalism, courtesy and quality of work. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the valley or surrounding areas. With Pac Pro I can now have my carpets cleaned every six months, Scott you did an amazing job! Thank you!

His name is Scott Bland. He was very fair on pricing. He stands by his work. We have pets and one of them peed in the house so we had stains. He said he would come back if the stains reappeared and in one case I thought they had reappeared again but the dog had peed again but he didn't charge me again. He is very good and gets the spots up. He does a very good job. It is not a dry thing so the carpets are a little damp so he gives us little booties to wear for our shoes. They dry pretty quickly. He is very good about getting up all the excess moisture. He uses very good products. I use him about once every five months.

Could not be happier. The estimated price quoted over the phone turned out to be slightly less than Scott charged. I had to wait a week as he was busy, but he arrived exactly on time . I had some very bad discoloring and stains on an off white rug. Scott came exactly on time and my rug looks brand new. He did not try to hard sell me on cleaning the entire rug as some places have done. I will use him again for sure

Scott is a very friendly guy. It took a little time to arrange an appointment that worked for both of us but once it was scheduled, Scott showed up on time. We took a look at the items to be cleaned. He made his recommendations. Said it may not be worth cleaning one of the runners with some paint dripped on it as he wouldn't be able to get that out. And one synthetic carpet had to be hand cleaned so he let me know about the increase in price to do that rug prior to doing it. Seemed to be very knowledgeable and informative. Once we agreed to what would be cleaned, he went right to work and finished the job quickly and thoroughly. Everything looks fantastic. Even the chair my 4 year old has destroyed looked 100% better. We received a 30% new client discount (so, our price grade may vary but in this case, it was an A) and are very pleased with the outcome.

Call and left a message that we wanted our carpet cleaned. Scott responded in a few hours. He gave us a decent estimate so we scheduled a date and time to have our carpet cleaned. He was running behind schedule but called us an hour before the scheduled appointment. He cleaned our carpet and was out with in an hour.
