The carpets look great! He did exactly as he said and gave us his number if we had any questions. We were worried about the waves in the carpet, but once it dried they were gone- we called him and he assured us this was normal. So glad we finally did it- we will definitely use Scott and PAC Pro Cleaning again!! Excellent service and Scott works hard to do the job right!

Scott did a great job. This is the third time we used him (has done carpets & tiles before) and would recommend him. He is responsive and the pricing is fair, but most importantly the results were terrific. My carpets look amazing. Great work on the pet stains. He is also very quick so not a long drawn out event. Conscientious, on time & professional. No odor and the carpet dried quickly (except for the wool, which took a little longer and smelled like wet sheep). Will use him again.

The job was more than we expected. All the spots were gone. The carpets smelled great and now the carpet in the rooms look new. Could not have asked for a better job.

Scott was the extremely thorough and even encouraged me to go with the less expensive odor treatment (we have 3 dogs). He said that there is a more entense and more expensive treatment, but he was honest in telling me that it wasn't worth spending the extra money on that treatment at this time. The previous cleaner I had come out a year ago, charged me almost the same amount as Scott w Pac Pro for the one room my dogs hang out in as Scott charged me for pretty much my entire house! Will definitely use him again and will refer to friends and family. Thank you so much Scott for fitting me into your schedule so quickly.

Scott was very good, He moved the pieces of furniture I asked and cleaned behind and around those areas. He was right on time and it took him about 1.5-2 hours to clean. There was one problem area I had from dogs and he worked extra on that area and it looks almost new now. I chose Pac Pro from Angies List referrals as well as others and he did not disappoint.

Made two trips so I could have the carpet at one end of the house cleaned and close off so our dogs would not get on it until dry. Came back and did other end of the house so I could again, close dogs off from that area.. Moved some small furniture and put a spray on the carpet before cleaning. Did a terrific job/ carpet looks wonderful. Have used Pro Pac twice for carpet cleaning and will continue to use them. Scott is a great guy and will do whatever you need to get the job done to your satisfaction.

How did it Go?....Fantastic. Carpets of white, super white, all spots removed. Such a thorough job with so little disruption to our daily routines. Prior to doing the inside, Scott power washed down the exterior of our cedar/pine paneled house. A former painting crew of just a few years ago, did not allow for their wash down to dry out prior to painting, so mold had developed in the wood panels including the fencing. I had found a product, that I had already tried on the mold that worked well, but I found the job too much for me in my elder years. Scott had all the equipment to spray on the chemical, followed by a hot water power washing. The exterior look like it has been freshly painted. He experimented with the ratio of chemical dilution and found that a 4:1 would work, saving me money since the product was expensive. This young man is so mature, honest, helpful, a delight to have in and around our home. I would not hesitate to have him for repeated visits as necessary. He comes with his own self-contained truck with all the equipment necessary to do the job. Punctual, fair priced, in fact ,I would say that he is quite reasonable for all the work that he does. Advised us on certain products that would help us in the future. Proud of doing what he does as a professional. He is a great person and a wonderful man and dedicated worker.

The work went very well. The owner and technician are the same person. He was very prompt and polite. He worked efficiently and finished in a timely manner.

Scott is a very personable, courteous young man. He called in the morning to let me know that he was running a little late and he was able to get to me when he stated he would. He arrived, introduced himself. provided me with all the information i needed to make an informed decision as to what I needed to do for the cleaning process of the sectional. He gave me a great discount and his work was awesome. He also sealed the granite on my kitchen counters. I cannot wait to have him back to do the carpets. I have already recommended him to my brother and sister in law.

Scott was very professional and punctual. He measured out the area and realized that the ballpark quote he gave me on the phone was lower than the work to be done, but he still honored his original quote. Spots/stains are gone, it smells fresh and clean, and it took under 2 hours. I am planning on using them again - will definitely try to have this done at least once/year.

Very professional. He called to let me know he would be 10 minutes behind scheduled appt. I thought the carpeting was a little too wet after cleaning. In fact I took a towel and rubbed it over an entry area to see if I could pick up some moisture and was disappointed with the amount a soil that I saw on the white towel. However the other traffic area's do look great. I would may use this company again, however I would ask that he spend more time on extracting on the next visit.

Scott was very personable, honest and professional. There was no sale gimmicks or other tricks seen in carpet cleaning industry. I had a great experience with him and would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. I would also use him again for my carpets.

I've used Pac Pro since 2000 and think Scott's sevice is outstanding. His prices are reasonable with no "come on" gimmicks so prevalent in the carpet cleaning business. He's punctual, fast, thorough and always on time. When I first started using Scott I experienced a slab leak as a result of a busted copper water pipe. Scott was the first person I called and he was at my house with blowers and heaters within a half hour. Oh, and did I say it was a Sunday evening????!!!! Scott knows his business and the products he works on. He' my go to guy for carpet cleaning!

It was a fairly straight forward carpet cleaning job. They were able to get all of the stains out and put furniture protectors under all the appropriate furniture afterwards. We were very happy with the results.

Scott Bland is very friendly, courteous and professional. He obviously is dedicated to doing the best possible job and satisfying his customers. He did all the work himself after confirming the square footage. He spent 5 or more hours doing a very thorough job on our carpet. He offered several times to come back at no charge and try a second time to remove any stubborn stains we might notice after he left. We didn't find any. Highly recommended.

This service call as the approximately 60 prior Pac Pro servcie calls to both my businesses and home went very well. Scott is always punctual, professional, clean and extremely sensitive to our particular requests for service. i.e. no shoes in our home and always very careful to not leave doors open due to our home bound animals. We have dealt with Pac Pro since 2001 and have never had an issue or any reason to be annoyed or disappointed with their service. Scott is Fantastic. Of all the contractors we hired to help us restore our house after we had a flood from a broken water pipe, Scott was the best. On the day he provided me with a bid he took the time to explain his process and why it would provide the best outcome by using hot steam after chemical stripping the floors to ensure all the old surface finish was removed. Other bidders were just going to use rags and water. Because this was an insurance claim I had to have several bids and Scott was the low bidder by 15%. When Scott came to do the work he was extremely proffessional and personable. To ensure top quality Scott personally performed all the work himself. He used top quality materials and taped off more than enough of our walls to ensure everything was safe from the chemical stripper. It took him almost 3 days to complete the work and each day he arrived in the morning cheerful and personable. Each day he cleaned up and agian ended his work on a cheerful note. As a bonus he cleaned our small bathroom cermaic tile at no charge. In the 15 years since I have owned this house that floor has never looked better!! We are so very pleased with the way our satilo tile floors look now. They used to have a brown worn out color to them and now they look like new. If I ever need my floors cleaned or my carpet cleaned you can bet I will call Scott at PAC Pro. Scott is a great guy, does great work and is a bargain!! He is in demand so you may have to wait a few days to schedule your work but he will return your calls immediatly and he is definitely worth waiting for.

As I said, this is the 2nd time Scott Bland has been to our home, he arrives when he schedules your appointment. He assesses your needs and then proceeds to set up the supplies needed. Scott is meticulous in his attention to detail and leaves your home in perfect condition.

Scott was terrific. I called, got an over the phone estimate and disclaimer that old chenille doesn't always come perfectly clean. I agreed to the price and we set the appointment. Scott was a few minutes early and immediately go to work. The chairs look terrific and it was money well spent.

They are wonderful. I was extremely happy with them. I got a 15% discount because I was a first time user. I called and he said he would come out. He did the estimate and the service on the same day. He gave me a ballpark figure over the phone. He came out and he used all green services so it was very good and clean environment. It didn’t leave a bad smell. He did an excellent job and got out stains that I thought would never come out. He also did four area rugs all for that price. He was amazing.
