Description of Work: They clean the carpet. They were punctual and didn't excellent job. The gentleman was very nice and easy to work with.

Description of Work: I highly recommend this company. They were very professional, on time, good price and worked thru the night because I needed them to clean a corporate office after office hours. They worked very hard to remove stains and dirt from traffic patterns of a carpet that had not been cleaned in 5 years! |Will for sure be using them in the future.

Description of Work: Clean a rug. Was very honest about how much of a pet stain he would be able to clean out of the rug I have used this service twice and will continue to use for future rug cleaning

Description of Work: Scott was very kind, helpful and efficient. My husband is disabled and was the only one home when he came. He helped with getting our dog to go into the office to be out of the way, to the extent that he picked her up and carried her in, since she wasn't being a "good listener". :-) We had two carpeted bedrooms to clean. We will use Pac Pro Services again!

Description of Work: This is an update to my earlier review, now that the work has been completed. Scott was very professional returning my voice mail in a timely manner, and scheduling our appointment for carpet and upholstery cleaning. After he asked questions he gave me an estimate which we thought was reasonable for the amount of carpet footage and furniture we wanted clean. He called approximately 10 minutes before the appointed time that he was running a little late. He arrived 10-15 minutes late, which to me was no big deal. Explaining how he was going to handle the job, he proceeded to measure the areas. He actually came in a little under his original estimate. The work was expertly done, even getting out some stains another carpet cleaning service couldn't. After completing the work he stated that if we were unhappy after the areas dried, he would come out to fix things at no charge. My wife is a clean freak, and when she got home she was very impressed with the job. Scott is very nice, professional, and we wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Description of Work: Scott arrived, surveyed and measured our home. Explained what he was going to be doing, including an area of concern. He was organized and efficient with time. He returned 2 days later to inspect and retreat a spot that had disappeared. He cleaned the carpets in our living room plus 3 bedrooms.
